The stay was truly amazing 10/10. The check in was brief as we were already communicating before our arrival and they had the room ready for us. They given us early check in & a later check out 👍🏼thank you! The room was clean and dreamy as we had a room which was perfect (half city half bay view), We had some glimpse of NDP rehearsal, the mbs view & the airy clear sky. It was lovely to watch the sunset from their rooftop swimming pool, it was very zen and calming. We had in room dining, foods were served hot and tasty, I asked for more mashed potato and I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me an entire bowl of it. Thank you! The breakfast's selection was great, items were fresh and flavourful. We requested everything in small portion so we could try them all, their roti prata was unassumingly good! Last but not least, We appreciate the staffs that we met were all very courteous, polite & attentive. Their personal touch & All the small details were beautifully captured and that truly differentiate Fullerton bay hotel from other hotels, we would love to be back! Ps; Their bathrobe & their bed is addictive!

The checkin process was stressful. They did not allow our small protected dog which was to fly with us. That was OK since it was their policy, but the way it was handled gave us a terrible feeling and they asked and offered to find us a new hotel and asked us to get refund from Expedia. For one THE most expensive hotels in town, this was not the service I expected even if they did not allow pets. We moved the pet to a friend's house for the duration.
Bad sign in but the rest was nice and easy and the managers approached us to apologise.

Really enjoyed our stay but feel like the rooms need a bit of a refresh. Breakfast was amazing, everything was perfectly cooked and presented. I would happily stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous property on the Bay inside and out. Spacious & luxurious rooms. Breakfast is full of hot & cold options, fresh juices, teas and other beverages. Walkable area with dining and shopping nearby. Wonderful and highly recommend for a memorable stay in Singapore. The Fullerton brand once again did not disappoint.

Great location and the staff were very professional. They acknowledged my husband’s birthday with some balloons and a lovely chocolate cake. F&B was expensive but the location and staff made up for this.
The only negative was that we went to the rooftop bar for a drink and a bite to eat and we’re role that due to a private function we could only be there for 50 minutes. When asked where hotel guests could go as an alternative, I just got a shoulder shrug as a response. Disappointing, but otherwise we had a lovely stay. Front of house (reception and concierge) were wonderful.
