The hotel is very well located with many transportation options. The room was small for 2 persons with each 28" baggage and a normal-sized backpack. The cleaning service only changed towels and tidied up our bed. Our trash piled up because it was not removed from our room. The pillows were very hard and high, and we all had neck pain. The duvet was also small for 2 persons. The breakfast was boring and had average quality. There were not many options, and a couple of guests even paid for other breakfast the restaurant sells or ate instant noodles. We only ate the breakfast because we paid for it in advance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was okay for 1 or 2 days, but I don't recommend staying here for a longer time.

I traveled to Singapore with my two daughters. The location is the best, easy to access because it's so near to the MRT station. Personally, the room is small, but it's clean and tidy. First, we got a room with no view at all and requested a room with a better view. They moved us to another room which had a better view. Thank you❤️ and highly recommended!

It's a pleasant experience to stay here because you can leave all your luggage before check-in or check-out. The service is very friendly, especially from Mr. Henry. It's close to both the MRT and bus stations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and of course, there's a bidet. I stayed for three days and asked for help cleaning every day. When I returned from my trip, the room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The MRT is very close, and Grab picks up from the hotel's backyard.

Overall, everything was great. The location, service, facilities, and cleanliness were all very good. The only small note is that the room is a bit compact, so opening a large suitcase can be slightly inconvenient. Thank you for upgrading our room and for making our stay at V Hotel Bencoolen a truly enjoyable experience. It's strategically located in front of the Bencoolen Mosque, right next to the MRT station, near the food court, with several halal restaurants to choose from, and family-friendly. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We recommend V Hotel Bencoolen as your choice of accommodation in Singapore.

I felt comfortable staying at this hotel. All the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. I also had a very pleasant experience because I was allowed free early check-in around 9:30 AM and free late check-out until noon. I then chose to extend my stay until 3 PM, and the additional fee was not too expensive, very worth it. All hotel facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly, making the stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic, very close to the MRT station and across from the mosque, making it easy to get around during your stay. However, I have a small suggestion. When I was going to my room, I was in the elevator with a staff member who was carrying a work trolley for repairs. Perhaps in the future, it could be considered to use a dedicated staff elevator or to arrange operational arrangements more conveniently for guests. Overall, my stay at this hotel was still pleasant, and I was satisfied with the service provided.

Nice hotel, very near MRT station Bencoolen (blue line) or Bras Basah (yellow line), several convenience stores nearby, walking distance to Fort Canning, easy walk to Bugis. Quite small though for the 3-people room.
