Excellent hotel

Hotel felt quite basic for what its star rating is. The room was average.

Nice upgrade

The staff were nice. The property rather dated and underwhelming for this price point. It took them 3 tries to get our extra bed that was paid for and asked before hand. We had to wait a while to get the extra bed. It’s our special date to celebrate, but the experience was a bit disappointing. We stayed at the Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and it was amazing and refined all around. So we thought this is going to be the same, since they are the same price points. However it was not.

Great hotel, awesome location, would highly recommend and I’ll be coming back!

There are located opposite bus stop and close to the MRT Orchard station. Club lounge were very comfortable and they served different menu of noodle every morning. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I’m highly recommended this hotel.

the room looked dated

The location is perfect and the check in process was fast and easy. The staff are so friendly The only issue is the lobby , there is no actual lobby. Only few seats which always fill.overall highly recommended

Counter staff does not follow guest’s request and found herself an excuse. Staff did not admitted she did something wrong. I will not choose to stay this “five star” hotel again! The request was made around 9am to have room to be clean while we toured the city. By 3pm we were back with very tired bodies and exhausted and needed some rest right the way and found out that room was not clean yet. The girl in the front desk found all kinds excuse for not cleaning the room. Then we were sent to a lounge with warm temperatures for about an hour while they had room to be cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay and there were many restaurants nearby and the metro was 5 minutes walk away. Staff were very helpful.

Props to the hotel for taking sustainability seriously - everything was clean and meticulous, location was excellent. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Good hotel centrally located with easy access to shops and restaurants

Overall a good stay with clean and friendly staff. My only concern is the power outage on 22/2 (12am to 5am). Although I know that is it beyond the hotel’s control, i don’t want to stay inside a dark and stuffy room for a few hours. I applaud the fact that the rooms were prepared with handheld fans to use while the aircon were out. Will definitely stay here again but hopefully no power outages next time 😅
