Room was clean, staff was very friendly.

A long way from beaches, breakfast was a hit or miss depending on staff turning up, staff more concerned with smoke breaks and moaning about the management in front of guests.

The staff was loud my room was on leave of the front desk and I could hear the talking. But the morning I went to the front desk to check out there was no one around to check me and another couple out. The evening before leaving I asked about airport shuttle they said yes the shuttle will be here to take you. There was no one at the desk neither a shuttle to take us to the airport. We both had 7am flights off the island. We had to scramble and call all these different taxis. Also the bathrooms needed to be cleaned much better the bath area look like mold or something . When talking showers the water would leak out on the floor. Not good. I do not recommend at all.

Stayed 3 nights — left early due to serious health and safety concerns. We did not expect a luxury 5-star experience, but we did expect a safe and sanitary stay, which unfortunately was not provided. Issues began at check-in. Despite having a reservation for two guests, we were given only one room key and informed that an additional key would cost $30, which felt unreasonable. The most serious issue occurred around 4:00 AM, when I woke up to bed bugs actively biting me. This was not a single insect — there were adult and baby bed bugs present in the bed, on the walls, and on the floor surrounding the bed. Given the visibility and quantity, it raised serious concerns about a broader infestation. When staff and management were notified, their response was extremely dismissive. There was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the severity. Staff simply came to the room, confirmed the presence of the bugs, and told us to pack up and move rooms. There was no discussion of compensation, waiving fees, or refunds, despite the obvious health risk. We ultimately chose to leave the property altogether. Additional issues: • TVs did not work (we relied on personal devices) • No hand soap in the bathroom dispenser • Shower was poorly installed, resulting in water everywhere (as noted in other reviews) • Bathroom finishes appeared worn, stained, and poorly maintained While the WiFi was strong, it does not outweigh the serious sanitation and safety failures experience

Staff & people are wonderful, but pics imply beach access & pool( that would be false). Breakfast again is an extra charge which does not readily appear in the fine print. Nearest beach(public) is 20 minute hike down, then up hill. Because of pot holes & speed bumps, make sure your rental car has a good suspension. You will need it! Finding parking & traffic is a nightmare!

Service never good and they always ran out of towels

The check in staff did their best to be kind. The lobby was dusty and looked very untidy at checkin. The hotel room I was assigned was small felt like a jail with the very high and small windows. The soap dispenser in both the bathroom sink were and the shower were built into the wall and did not work. This together with the musty/dusty smell spoke loudly of poor maintenance. There was a bottle of body wash which you had to move back and forth from the shower and the bathroom sink. The AC was off when I entered the room and there was a very musty/stuffy smell. This did not ease as the AC started working. The bath towels were all shaped into swans but they were stained with what looked like dirt when I opened them. I was uncomfortable with the amount of hand contact it would have taken to roll the towels into that shape…from a hygiene perspective…but I had no option but to use the cleaner of the two towels. The toilet seat was not ‘swinging’ on the toilet bowl. All together, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I update them on activities I had planned and they told me the route or where they would rather recommend. They didn’t treat me as guests but rather as friends. People I knew from long time and we were reuniting. On my birthday I forgot her name but this amazing lady in charge of my room floor made me a drink , took pictures of me. Came to find out she was also a Leo. I really recommend this place. Anytime you can just walk up to the front desk and they drop everything to assist you.

The property is 3 stars for a reason. Its good for its intended purpose which is sleep and shower. However, if you want extra or clean towels you have to ask in the morning and they may “not have any”. If you want your room swept you also have to request it in the morning. Other than that the place was good and cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. Do not expect a room refresh without requesting it.

No type of customer service, and looks like cleaners never look under the bed.

If a room to sleep in is all your looking for this place can work. Unfortunately my room was okay but the washroom had lots of roaches which I believe is because of the bad design of the shower water gets every attracting the roaches.

The air conditioner filter in the overhead looks like it wasn't replaced or cleaned in ages. Zero hot or warm water.

I liked that there was a variety of other food options and the beach was close by. I didn't like the breakfast provided by the hotel - a slice of stale bread, ham and cheese.
