Fantastic, Hundred percent stay at this location. Restaurant was superb, as was the amenities, Spa and in room options with English channels to choose from if you want a quite night after a day of sight seeing. Walkable to the centre and close to the train station.

Property was top notch. Furnishings and design look fairly new which makes me think this hotel was renovated in recent years.
Staff could be friendlier and more helpful knowing the area to offer suggestions.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and both times were amazing. This hotel has proved to be consistently one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. It is extremely comfortable, clean, updated, and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The location is also perfectly centralized to most things in Ljubljana. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

Shout out to Timothej, the hotel concierge, he is passionate on his job, great recommendations on all the places to visit in Slovenia. Make great arrangements for our rental car and reservations for our special occasions. Kudos to Timothej. Highly recommend on this property in Slovenia and come by to say hello to Timethej. Great stay at this exceptional hotel. Large luxurious and modern rooms. Staff were fantastic highlighted by the team behind the front desk, the spa staff and Roc. Well located near station and restaurants. About 5 minutes walk to old town.

This hotel is a very new and truly five star. Buffet is on the top floor with great views. This is much better choice than Grand Plaza across the street. Very close to bus and train stations. Room and bathroom was beautiful.

The reception staff is sub par, I asked Stefan at the front desk to put in my IHG number to my reservation and he was annoyed, not knowing I understood slovenian he complained to his colleague about me. At check out they forgot to book my taxi and was late to the airport.
