This is our second time staying at Arban Hotel. Easy access to eateries, metro station, breakfast is reasonably priced, clean and good service. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Busan.

Close to Busan station, and lots of dining/cafe options. This area is known to be more nightclub-y, so be prepared for lots of young people during the evenings. There's a coffee shop on the first floor, and a Thai massage place on the second floor (you get discounts as a hotel guest for both).
Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We even asked them where to buy a suitcase and they recommended Samsonite brand and told us where it's located in Lotte dept store. Would definitely stay here again.

The property did not meet our expectations. It was located in a very busy area, surrounded by late-night restaurants, bars, and karaoke spots, which made it quite noisy, especially at night. We also felt a bit uneasy at times, as there were often drunken individuals, mostly older adults and loud younger crowed frequenting the area. The entrance to the hotel was filled with various business card and people were standing nearby, for business which added to the discomfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on our experience. 😥

Had a good stay at Hotel Arban. Easy to locate, short walk to Seomyeon metro and many buses. Walkable area with lots of street food and restaurants.
Room was clean, bed comfortable, temperature nicely adjustable to set lower (not always possible in hotels in winter!).
Minor problem with foul smell coming from drains in bathroom but running water for a few minutes and bathroom fan helped to clear.
Also breakfast was very basic and a bit disappointing. Stayed 3 nights, only had breakfast once. Ignored other 2 days and went out to find good coffee and food.
Still, good value for money to stay here.

Good location and nice staff (reception and housekeeping). The room was big, tidy and the bed was comfortable. No bathroom amenities were provided, except soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (no cups, shower cap, etc). Stayed here in 2022 and back then they were offering more than just the basics even though it was during Covid period.
The room gets very hot and there is no option to cool the room (air con only works on heat during winter). You do have the option to ask reception staff to turn off the heating for your room, which helped.
We didn't try the breakfast, as there are plenty of options around the hotel.
Overall, a good stay and will definitely stay again in the near future.

We paid extra for the modern, renovated rooms on the 6th floor. However, in addition to the modern rooms, we also got endless loud noises until 2am. Turns out that there is a bowling alley right under on the 5th floor and they're open until 2am every night, even weekdays. Good luck if you're trying to get some decent sleep.

Stayed in the modern room and it was really nice and clean. Air conditioner in the room didn't seem to work when we stayed - it got really hot at night. Apart from that, it was great and convenient to all local spots. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying in the area.
