I stayed at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel for 7 nights and it was perfect. Very good service. Clean the room every day and provide everything that you need at the hotel. It's very clean and in a very convenient location in Heundae. Bus service is not too far away from the hotel. The beach is very close by. The staff was very polite and offered you assistance at any need. I highly recommend this hotel. Really worth more than the price you pay for it.

We loved our room. It was very large and the bed very comfortable. The view over the ocean was amazing. And everything in Haeundae is in walking distance. All the staff are very friendly and speak english and communication is not a problem. We would stay here again next time for sure.

Staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. It was very close to the beach and had a wonderful view of the beach from the hallway window. The stay came with coupons for the restaurant on the basement floor. The food there was plentiful and tasted great. I recommend a stay here and if I find myself in Busan, I will be sure to check in here again.

This property is absolutely NOT a 4-star property. This hotel is in direcneed of an update/refresh. There was severe dust build up on the bathroom fixtures in my room...the glass shower doors were not clean. One of rwo big towels left for me was not clean and had a hand-sewn repair in two areas. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being a non smoking hotel. The main floor smells damp and moldy. Note: This feedback was also shared directly with Ocean Suites.

It's about a 10-15min walk to the main beach. We found the bathroom style a bit awkward especially if you're travelling with friends or even with family. The shower room is a bit see-through and from its angle, you can kind of see the person showering from when you're in the bed. Plus, there's no hooks at all so you're gonna have to come out naked to dry up and get dressed. There was NO door or curtain separating the bathroom to the rest of the room so you're all exposed. The hotel and everything else were nice though but will probably not stay again just because of the whole bathroom setup.

Nice stay all around. Perfectly located and staff were pleasant. However, I was dissatisfied not to have a smart toilet in my slightly upscale room. The hallways and elevator weren’t air conditioned (stayed in June). We chose a room with ocean view and it was pretty but does give on a busy boulevard not far away which can be occasionally noisy. These are relatively small things in the grand scheme of things and the overall price to value were very good. Do recommend!

First impressions: nice reception area, check in was straight forward and fast, staff helpful with all queries. Room: A good size, clean modern functional bathroom, very comfortable bed, fridge, kettle and free water. Breakfast: a choice of western or Asian dishes Location: a 5 minute walk to the beach 10 minutes from the line 2 subway station. Really cozy bed, huge bathroom area woth toilet, sink and shower all seperated from one another. The only thing I would say needs a look at is the room was very humid, however to have the aircon on whilst you sleep lights up the whole room, so you have to choose between sleeping sweating or not sleeping in a comfortable temperature lol!

Best Louis Hamilton Haeundae was the perfect location for us, not only was it accessible but the hotel itself and our room is very clean, fresh towels are delivered daily and everything was just great! Would recommend this hotel if you are in Busan!
