Brown Suites Busan

The space and conditions of the property was excellent, we’ve enjoyed nice ocean view and lots of modern amenities. The location of the place is very convenient from the train station, you can walk directly from the station to the hotel without getting out to the streets, there’s a walkway directly from the station to the hotel. Only downside was that when we walked in, there was oder coming from the sink, but there weren’t any rooms available to switch. The staff came over and sprayed air fresheners and opened windows. Another downside is, like many other reviews, it is hard to navigate through the property. They send you a Youtube video of how to get to the check in place but just getting in and out of the place was hard. I would stay here again though since we know the layout, and found out there was a market right across from the place where you can eat and shop.

View is fantastic. Place is clean and well equipped. Will definitely come back again if I’m in Busan. Only downside is that it’s on the other side of Busan Station where most of the things happen. It may also be a little difficult for new visitors to locate the key. Tip: if you’re coming from Busan Station, take the sky bridge that’s connected to the building, take the elevator to the FIRST floor. Then, head to the actual entrance, next to Hyundai showroom. From there, enter the building and locate the key card from the postal boxes on the right.

깨끗했고, 부산역과 가까워 좋았다. 여기까진 10점. 다만, 주차장에서 나올 때 차가 등록이 안됐다고 차단기 자동으로 안 열려서 주차장 관리자로 부터 질문도 받아야하고 약간 당황스러웠음.

Very impressive. High tech from check in to check out -- everything on line. No human contact unless you need or want. Huge apartment with everything you may think that you need. Very convenient location either for business or for pleasure.

Absolutely beautiful room once I was able to finally figure out where to go and how to enter the building. Offered luggage storage, but when departing for a day long tour at 7:30 in the morning, the office was not open and no one seemed to be able to help me, so I had to spend extra time and money finding lockets for my luggage at the nearby train station. Was almost late for my tour.

The unit itself is PERFECT for families. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and a high end washer/dryer. The only drawback is the check-in process was very confusing as it requires you finding the right entrance (there are many) and it is far from everything. Although Busan station is a major station, it takes about a 15-20 min walk to get there even though it is connected.

Just wow. The accommodation was 5 star. My apartment was on level 49 and it was so quiet and the views were stunning. Everything was there to self cater comfortably. The location was first class with all transport links on hand. The communication was faultless with emails provided to access the apartment and also facilitating free parking. I would not hesitate to stay in Browns Suites again.

Everything is quite good but it's a little confusing to find the correct residence tower. If you want a hassle free living experience without any uncertainties, this might not be your choice. The setups are quite good, and the view is stunning. Sidenote #1: they only have white lighting so that's not something I like. But this is just a personal preference which does not affect the rating. Sidenote #2: even you turn off the air-con in the bedroom, there is still a fan running in that room that you cannot control its operation. You may either get disturbed when sleeping or catch a cold overnight because of that. That's why I give an overall 3* instead of 4 at the end.

The only thing I would say about this property is that there is nowhere to eat. For a place that invites you to cook - there is a full kitchen and stove - there is nowhere to eat. Not even stools to sit at the kitchen counter. So you are forced to eat at the bed or sofa, which they warn you not to dirty up. Otherwise, everything is fine.

First class apartment on walkway between ferry and main train station with fabulous view of bay and walks along the harbor park right across the street. What could be better?

2 bedroom was perfect for four girlfriends traveling. Pros: convenient to train station for day trip to Gyeongju, incredibly clean apartment with comfortable furnishings, high end appliances (we used a standing clothes steaming closet!), and nicely appointed. Cons: a little hard to walk to stores or restaurants (have to cross a very busy street or go through station), finding way to tower b was a little difficult despite lengthy instructions. The station isn’t in the best neighborhood (lot of homeless/transients, we saw police fist fighting with a drunk homeless guy) but still we felt safe at all times.

We stayed in 5402 in Tower A. The unit looks luxurious and is well equipped on the surface. However, the master bathroom had many issues. No hot water in the shower/bath. No mechanism to divert the water from the tub faucet to the hand-held shower. As a result, we had to kneel down and splash water from the faucet to wash hair with cold water. To make the matters worse, when we tried to warm up after the cold wash by using the hair dryer, even the hair dryer did not work!! Fancy looking but one of the worst stays I have experienced. Considering the complications with the self check-in process, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We had the perfect stay at Brown Suites in Busan. The location is perfect to go everywhere in Busan with the convenience of being connected to the main train station. The apartment was very modern, in impeccable condition, super comfortable and with an incredible view. Communication was great. The pictures don’t do justice to the apartment. We highly recommend it.

Love love loved it here! Rooms were exactly as pictured. Felt like I was truly living here for a few nights. I'll be back and I'm definitely telling all my friends and family. So conveniently close to Busan station and was able to check in easily. The view was great. The bed was comfortable and loved having the option to wash/dry my laundry + call the elevator from my room. How sick is that? Thanks for the amazing stay!

Loved the location (walking distance from and connected via above-ground walkways tp Busan Train Station), and it felt like a home away from home. The views were great and the apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was seamless but a bit confusing but if you follow the instructions, it's not too bad. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it for families who need a kitchen, fridge and washer/dryer. You don't have access to the pool or gym.

It was spacious, modern and clean. The property manager was very communicative and helped answer all of our questions. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.
