Rude staff, no parking, and overall terrible! Stay away!

Great location, friendly staff, great area for shopping, Myeong dong night markets close by, food hall across the road (underground in Lotte centre), 7eleven store 50m from front door, very good breakfast quality & value. Also Airport bus 6701 stops at Westin Josun hotel 50m away. Very good value.

Excellent location close to everything! This is a solid 3 star property and in some regards a 4 star. Highly recommend.

This place was perfectly located, beautiful, friendly English speaking staff...AMAZING BREAKFAST BUFFET, and incredibly helpful.

Friendly staff, great location

The Crown Park Hotel is an excellent venue for staying in Seoul. We selected one of the suites - it was quite nice. The room was large and the amenities were good. The hotel was in an excellent area of town, and it was walkable to many areas for shopping, visiting and eating. The nightlife around the hotel was also quite bustling. The restaurant in the hotel was fine - it could use some further development, as there was no wine available during meal time, which was a bit unusual. Overall, however, we would go back to this hotel if we were in the area.

best location, close to night market, shopping, train etc

Lovely room, VERY convenient to have coin laundry service, close to delicious street food and shopping in Myeong-dong, close to metros. Fantastic hotel!

One staff is not nice

The location is what lured me to this hotel. It’s just across the Lotte Duty Free Mall and Myeongdong Street Food.

Beautiful hotel which was central to so many places. Manager was amazing - so helpful with information regarding places to eat and places to see - even drawing maps for us.

The location of hotel is fantastic as it very convenient \to travel other places. But, the hotel's soundproofing is extremely poor—you can hear outside noise throughout the day, and it's especially disruptive at night.

Recommend staying in Park Suite B

Good location and good breakfast!

Positive points: Convenient location, close to the station, and the staff at the counter were kind. Negative point: The bidet was out of order.

We were checked in at the Small desk on the 1st floor but the real lobby was on the 17th floor which we didn’t discover until the day after. We rented 2 Rooms, they were both underwhelming and Dated with a strange musty smell. There’s only 1 closet and no drawers to store your clothes. One Room was incredibly dusty, dust bunnies everywhere, AC wasn’t properly working so it was considerably warmer than the rest of the hotel. One of the lights was burnt out which we reported immediately, they said it was working after checking (the wrong light) so we just had a fairly dark room our entire stay. Toilet seat warmer wasn’t working but after the light fixture experience we didn’t bother mentioning it. The view outside the room was awful - a bunch of metal pipes ie the outdoor AC unit system. Housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Myeongdong shopping and Lotte department so if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and don’t care about a pleasant hotel experience, then it should be fine.
