Pros: King size bed, leather couch, two desktop computers, in wall surround sound, Jacuzzi tub, frosted glass rainfall shower, two large flat screen tvs, easy check-in, great location, separate toilet and for only $58. Great value Cons: windows face walls of surrounding building, no ice maker but the front desk can bring some to your room, dim lighting in rooms, and a little musty. All and all a GREAT room for a GREAT price.

We finished to cycle Seoul to Busan earlier than planned, and needed a place to stay near the beach...in hope to enjoy some beach days...The location is really nice! It's quiet and close to the main avenue that goes to the beach within 5 min. The hotel is clean and well-kept. Our room was also very nice, with its own hot tub, which we used since the ocean water was too cold for us. The beds are not very comfy (too hard for us) and it was a bit hot at night (even though we used the AC). The comforter cover was very comfy (but too thick and too warm). Otherwise there was a small fridge, a couch and a small table. The area is safe (we left our 3 bikes in the covered garage). There is an outdoor shower to clean off the sand from the beach. The main downside is that when you reserve, you pay for a 2-person stay, and you have no idea how much they will charge you for the extra person. The lady charged me an extra 20,000won per night for a child. I paid cash and I think that is a way to make more untaxable money on their side.

The lighting is romantic.. not bright at all. Some people have a problem with that, while others don't. It has a motel feel but it's really clean and decent. The sofa was dusty and hadn't been cleaned in a while but the bathroom was clean. The room looks good and modern. A very small window. All the jets in the bath worked. It's a room for couples, due to the design of thw room. The bathroom has windows, so you can see thw person using the toilet or taking a shower. The bath is in full view.

The location was good but the hotel was filthy. We had to clean the floors, wall and tub ourselves, the photo represented a false image of the room. Spoke with the front desk and they did nothing to accommodate any satisfaction. I took photos of the room and towels after cleaning and will post them so others will not book any future stays here.

Great Value for money. You get way more than you pay for. The hotel has concentrated on the modern decor and I loved the little luxuries they provided eg, face mask, face wash, moisturisers etc. But I think they can concentrate a bit more on the cleaning. Having modern decor theres a lot of glass and mirrors, but these only look good if they are sparkling clean. Also they missed cleaning the room on one day. My colleagues also experienced one missed day of having their rooms cleaned! Maybe its a daily lottery, some rooms dont get cleaned. But overall it was ok. The reception staff were friendly. And......WAS ALLOWED LATE CHECK OUT AT NO EXTRA COST!

If I was on a business trip and didn't plan to relax in the room, it would have been okay to stay here more than one night, however, I was not, and wanted the opportunity to relax and I didn't feel like I could here. The lighting was extremely dim, I couldn't put on makeup or really see clearly in the mirror. I just like to be able to see and it was just not clear in here. When we got there to use the bathroom (which I love the heated seat part of the toilet) and I went to wash my hands, I noticed the soap bar that was in there was open and previously used. That was just pretty gross to me and I was thankful I tend to travel with my own soap bar. There was also a small toothpaste on top of the soap in the shower which made me question if it was cleaned thoroughly. There were 3 hand towels in the room and 1 bath towel - we had 3 people. Which can also make it challenging when you have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet.... you can't if someone is in the shower. If traveling by oneself, this would not be an issue. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a computer for use in the room. I also appreciated they had a phone charger available for use! The staff was very friendly, even though we had some troubles communicating - they were nice and understanding that we wanted to cancel the rest of our reservation.

I booked for a room with king bed and single bed but I was told the room is for 2 and I need to pay extra charges for a third person upon check-in.Hotels.com should indicate clearly this room is ONLY for 2 persons and NOT UP to 3 persons. This is a hidden cost to the customers. The light is very dim in the room, especially the light at the sink area, we can barely see our face from the mirror. The bed is hard. There is no pillow for the single bed even I paid the extra charge. Despite the drawback, the hotel location is good and within walking distance to the subway station, beach and restaurants. Front desk is friendly and can speak English. They helped us to call cab at early morning to the airport. They provide toiletry bad and there is a coffee machine provide free flow of coffee in the lobby. The extra charges and dim light have ruined my stay, otherwise it will be pleasant.

The floor heating was maxed out and the room was probably 30 degrees Celsius. We called the desk to turn down the heat but they said it was not possible. Told us to turn on the aircon if it was too hot. So we were using the air conditioner when it was -1 outside. The craziest experience I've had at a hotel in Korea.
