Great luxurious stay 😀

Beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff. Spent a wonderful couple of days. Some great restaurants on site as well.

It was quiet and the ocean view was priceless! Enjoyed staying here.

Everything was perfect except my room had mold smell. To be fair, I am very sensitive to mold because I am allergic. For 5 star hotel, the room should not have mold problem.

Relaxed space

I was upset that i booked the resort side not hotel it was not clearly explained the difference when you book. Resort side did not offer room service did not have coffee in room. Resort side perfect for family that wanted to prepare meals in room the room was nice, spacious. But we wanted hotel wirh room service

Beautiful and clean

View of the ocean from our balcony was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet were very good.

There are 2 sides of the hotel, resort and hotel. Reception staff was very friendly and brought me to the resort side for check in. Rooms are big and spacious, but take note that although towels etc are provided, there is no toothbrush etc amenities provided. Area around hotel is great for morning walk.

Very nice surrounding and lobby. However, room in the resort side is a bit dated. The cool while lights they used does not help. Made it feels like a hospital. Huge room though that comes with small kitchen with utensils, good for family with kids. Very nice sea view. The part that caught me by surprised was that you need to pay to sit in the chair in the pool. That seems like a norm in Korea. Breakfast is bad, I will book without the breakfast.

Property location is pretty good. One of few ocean front hotels in Jeju. But I think it is not certainly five stars hotel. Maybe three.. Only the price is five stars outrageous price. I booked resort not knowing that it is older part of property and couldn’t switch because I’ve booked thru Expedia. If you really want to try this property I would recommend to stay “hotel” part of property not “resort “.

Very nice hotel resort if you are a family with children. The hotel web site difficult for English speaking since it does not have an English translation option. So we had to use a 3rd party booking agency to actually understand and book the room. In addition it would be nice if they had airport shuttle information available as we took a taxi across the island only to find out there was a shuttle, but we had no way to know or book. A nice facility with nice rooms by the ocean. However there is no beach or ocean swimming as it is all rough lava rock. However the lava is beautiful to look at and explore. The location is close to town and local attractions. We found touring beyond the facility difficult since most tours leave from Jeju city on the other side of the island. Unless you have a car it Leaves mainly taxi touring. There was only one pool open, the second was closed putting all guest in one pool. It was a beautiful pool and hot tub. However they were pretty much overrun monopolized children and families. If your room includes breakfast there is a fantastic breakfast buffet. However it does get busy and there maybe a wait. We would recommend this hotel resort to families, not so much for romantic couples.

The overall stay was good. But, room service was so slow that it took almost one hour and forty mins to get our food. Since all the menus were covered by their restaurant, it was very hard to understand.

The view is excellent and space is big.

Very goood place to heal

Very friendly and well-equipped hotel. I really like this location in Jeju, but of course you do need a car. I would happily stay here again. My only quibble is the add on charges for pool seats etc which I think is unecessary and over-charging. This meant that we did not use the facilities around the pool (part from swimming) etc, which is a shame.

They sealed after sanitizing rooms and it makes me feel safe. We stayed at resort side and there was no sheer curtain so we had to use the black out curtain all the away for the privacy and no microwave. They need some remodeling bathroom and doors.
