Friendly staff and it’s located in a quaint and beautiful area of Incheon. Nearby to subway station as well. Great place to enjoy a different and more relaxed life in Incheon.

Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel. Le gym est spacieux, propre et contient suffisamment d’équipements. Le lit est super confortable. Le check-in s’est fait rapidement et amicalement. Les employés à qui je parlais comprenaient l’anglais. Je n’ai pas profité du petit-déjeuner (montant à débourser). Attention, il n’y a pas de buanderie en temps que tel, c’est plutôt un service de buanderie. J’ai donc fait mon lavage à la main et le séchage sur la corde à linge incluse dans la douche. On a le contrôle sur l’air climatisé, donc la température était très confortable dans la chambre. Un excellent emplacement pour marcher, faire du jogging, manger des mets coréens et prendre des photos.

Not much to do around the property, but the buffet was the best food we’ve had this whole trip, and it’s a nice place to stay if you need to stay near the airport (Incheon or Gimpo)

Good location with train station under the hotel building, many restaurants around it. Hotel room very comfortable, clean, spacious, and good staff. This hotel is very recommended to those who want to visit Incheon for a holiday.

Have been here before, usually its ok for this brand, but our room wasn’t completely clean with trash from assuming a previous traveler along side of the bed. Obviously not well cleaned in between stays. Really disappointed. The hotel room was not cheap. A large room with the full wall of window.

Holiday Inn Incheon was perfect in every way, except one; they turned off the A/C. When i called down and told them it was 23.5 degress Celsius in my room they said open the windows, which crack open about 4 cm. They gave me a story about people being cold, which i responded t"they can turn off their A/C," He finally relented and turned it on for two hours to cool off my room. Leave the option for A/C or heat on 24/7,365 and charge more for the room if that is the problem. I should always have the option when a hotel comes with A/C and heat.
Otherwise great staff, breakfast bufffet, local shopping and a Hyundai Premium Outlet a couple stops away on the subway.

Staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and organised, but the air-conditioning was lousy. It is a centralised system set at 25.5ºC and cannot, apparently, be adjusted. So, my sleep quality was poor and I am leaving feeling shattered after two restless, uncomfortable nights.

We stayed here for 2 nights in room 1207. Room was cleaned tidy and met our needs. Toiletries were complimentary Dove products and water was also provided. Walk in shower was a bonus and large with rainfall shower head
Close to shopping centres, outlets and Costco as well as many restaurants. Close to the Cruise port terminal which is why we stayed here
Staff organised taxis to take us to various places which was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Would definitely stay here again
