My family stayed in a family room of this hotel, which turned out to be roomy enough for four, in terms of both bed and bathroom space. We had no problems with heated water or air conditioning. The area serving breakfast was tad small and had limited selection of menu, but the staff serving the eggs & ham was very kind and it was good enough for a light meal. Overall, we had a good stay.

You couldn't ask for a better location. This hotel is right by two of the most interesting places in Seoul. The rooms are fairly large, and had a desk and shelf. I stayed here for five nights, and the first two or so days, the Internet was very bad. I could barely connect, and would be dropped after just a few minutes. I had a little more success connecting to the floor below me, but it was still very likely to be dropped. However, whatever problems they were having seemed to be rectified towards the end of my stay. The staff was nice, and helped me order a taxi early in the morning for an early flight.

The reviews on google are correct. Room smelt of mould. Vent in the bathroom/shower room wasnt working. Luckily the cleaning ladies sprayed mould spray during cleaning, but the smell comes back. This is cheap and you get what you pay for. Bed is not comfortable. Room size is alright.

Pictures are very misleading. Reality did not meet expectations. First off, the entrance and hallway is dark, eery and looks like the set of a horror film. The rooms are much smaller than they appear on the website, and they are old and just drab. Linen and towels are shaggy and need to be replaced. The bathroom smelled AWFUL and needs a deep clean and update. Worst of all was the heating. There’s no underfloor heating, just an old air conditioner that takes ages to warm up, is very noisy and doesn’t stay on all night. It was freezing cold inside the room WITH the heater on. Definitely won’t go back. The only positive thing was the helpful person who works at the front desk and emailed us before and during our stay.

Hotel Cozy is an excellent place to stay due to it's reasonable price and great location. Hotels.com list it as a 3 star hotel and it holds that rating greatly. The breakfast is fresh and has a nice variety. Everyday they change a few things about the menu so it's not boring to eat there. The rooms are clean and fairly well equipped, I only wish there was a iron and ironing board in the rooms. The one we had was a standard double and it was just the right size for two people. If you are travelling with more, I suggest getting a larger room. House keeping is friendly and respectful. The hotel is located only a minute or two from the subway station and multiple bus stops which makes commuting around the city easy. Truly a great hotel for the price and location.

Arrived on 18 Dec 2019. To our surpise, our online booking for a family room with Hotel Cozy was cancelled. For the next ten days, stayed in two separated room being assigned to us. Seriously hope that the hotel staff be more meticulous in handling the booking record. It should not happen again.

The entrance way was a little difficult to find at night. You have to go down a bit of a hallway and to an elevator. The check in counter is on the 10th floor. The check in staff were very friendly and checking in and out is smooth. Breakfast is good, with a few options to select from, but not might be difficult for someone picky. The room and building itself are a little old, but clean. The shower is in the same room as the toilet and sink, though this is not uncommon in Korea. For price and location, this hotel is very reasonable.

Cons: was arranged to a smaller corner Superior Twin Room, expecting a regular Superior Twin Room that I have paid for; You need to walk one level stairs to get to the elevator, because elevator looks like on the 2nd floor. Pros: Very closed to a subway station and airport bus station; People at the front desk can speak English, Chinese and Korean, very friendly.
