We had a wonderful stay at The President Hotel. Its about a 5-10 min walk to Myeongdong Street. There are 711s in the area. Close to the Euljiro Subway station. Walking distance to Lotte Department store. Great hotel. Amazing staff. Would stay there again!

Let me start with the good: Very comfortable bed. Decent size room. THE BAD!!! The carpet was absolutely filthy and disgusting!! Old, worn out, covered with stains. I was lucky I brought flip flops, they don’t provide disposable ones, only reusable leather ones , terrible. The room had a smell. There is a motion activated light in the entryway that went off on all day long, when in bed, just turning over would activate it. I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. There’s a Concierge desk at the lobby but is for show only. In four days I never seen anybody at the desk. Check out is at 11am. At 11:10 they called me up and told me vacate the room immediately or I would be charged an extra day. There you have it. Supposedly a 4 Star hotel.

The children were also happy in the very large room. Also, I want to stay here when I come to Korea. However, the water in the shower was bad, so I hope it will be improved.

If you have been to Las Vegas, this is like the Paris /NY NY hotel in decor. It is an older style and you can tell in previous decade this was the place to be. However, everything is functional and comfortable. The staff are attentive and this place has all the amenities required for a vacation stay. The walls are a little thin though so loud taking should be kept to a minimal. It is conveniently located a short walk from Myeongdong and the airport limousine bus and subway entrance are meters away. Super bonus

Excellent location. Room was comfortable and clean. The gym was well equipped and the laundry lounge room was excellent ! I also enjoyed the massage at Hanoi underneath the hotel - you get a 20% discount if you show your hotel key (you have to pay with cash, though).

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Also large compared to Tokyo business hotels. 7-10 min walk to Myeongdong, which is normally great but difficult when it's 95/35 degrees. Would definitely stay again

Two mornings in a row we were awoken at about 7am from construction noises right over the top of our room. I complained but nothing happened. I would not stay here again. What good is a hotel if you cannot sleep?

Excellent view from the upper level rooms, but windows very dirty! Adjoining Tim Horton's was very convenient. Lobby was clean an uncluttered. Bathroom would have benefitted from having a make-up mirror, but lighting there was good. Room lighting was a bit on the dim side.
