The location is good :) We can walk to Myeongdong from our place.

We stayed here in early November of last year and the hotel room was so hot. The in room thermostat was showing 28 to 30 degrees at different times of the day. Opening the windows didn't really help since there wasn't much breeze. When we called the front desk to ask if they can turn on the system to fan mode so we can at least have circulation to cool the room they said their system was broken and when we asked to switch rooms they said this room was all they had; but said they could bring us a portal fan to which we said yes. After an hour of waiting, one of the staff dropped off a fan that looks like it hasn't been used for 10 years judging by the amount of dust on it, they couldn't even clean/ wipe it down for us. Not to mention it was essentially a small desk fan which had little cooling power. The hallway was much cooler than the room and I saw some others on our floor opening their doors for air circulation. The bed spread also had some a few questionable stains on it. The only plus sides of this hotel was the location and the fact that they had a luggage scale in the lobby. Our experience was so bad, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Room overall old. Furnitures very not too clean. Had to closed washroom door because smell of drainage. Very bad. But location is great.

Great size hotel. Close to transportation and 15 min walk to Myeongdong night market. Overall I am satisfied.

It is just next to Cheonggyecheon river. Very close to 2 train stations (Line 1 and Line 2). The busstop is right in front of the hotel, which you could take to most of the tourist areas. The restaurants are about 5-10minitues walk. Myeongdong or Insadong about 20-30 minutes walk. The room doesn't provide amenities, which the receptionist will inform at the time of check-in. The room is quite spacious and clean. We have spoken to 3 different receptionists, only 1 is really good with the service and 1 is terrible. If you are going to leave the luggages for a few days prior, make sure you have written confirmation, either by the message in the booking app or email, otherwise there is a chance that you will be rejected to leave (lucky we had confirmation prior to arrival). Overall, it is a good hotel itself, just that it would be good if some staffs have better service.

Bedding had food marks. Office table was full of dust. Shower had gunk in the tub we had to wash it off. Sink had hair stuck in it. Toilet bowl same thing. Hotel room was freezing.

I decided to book this hotel based on a TikTok review, but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations. Here’s why I would not recommend staying here during my visit from 10–15 December 2024: Location: The hotel is surrounded by hardware shops and industrial buildings. The area becomes very quiet after 7 PM, which can feel unsettling and even unsafe at night. Distance to Attractions: The nearest night market is about a 10-minute walk away. While that may not seem far, the walk back in cold weather can be uncomfortable, and you may even feel hungry again by the time you return. Family Room Location: We booked a family room on Level 3, which felt eerie and isolated as most of the standard rooms are located on other levels. It didn’t help that very few people seemed to book family rooms, adding to the unsettling vibe. Lack of Basic Amenities: The hotel does not provide essential items like slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. Additionally, the towels provided were not properly cleaned and appeared dingy instead of fresh white. Hygiene Issues: The bathroom had many flies, which I suspect was due to the room being unoccupied for a long time before our stay. Ineffective Heating: We tried borrowing a heater from the hotel, but it took an excessively long time to warm up the room and was essentially useless. In summary, I would highly recommend booking a hotel near Myeongdong instead and not this.

Good room and nice lobby, but rooms were pretty dirty

Muy buen hotel, la ubicación es MUY BUENA, hay muchas áreas para salir de día o de noche.

Hotel elegante y bien situado, cerca de la parada de metro de Jongno-3 que cruza 3 lineas de metro. El area es de tiendas de reparaciones y bricolaje en su mayoria, pero hay muchos mercadillos y puestos callejeros por la tarde para comer, ademas de cafeterias y restaurantes en los alrededores. La recepción es amplia y no hay problema en dejar las maletas antes del check-in o del check-out. Las habitaciones podrian ser más amplias, pero estan perfectas para 1 o 2 noches. Decoración algo gastadilla ya, pero limpio. Suelen ser algo calurosas, aunque tengas el aire acondicionado, y mejor llevar tapones y antifaz por los sonidos y luces. La habitación tiene kettle y mini-frigo. Limpieza diaria y dejan botellitas de aguas cada día. Como pequeña pega, no habia enchufe cerca de la cama. El personal era correcto, sin más, inglés limitado.

Nice hotel , conveniently located, and very reasonable price

Everything is great except i can’t get over the sewer smells in the bathroom. It was so bad i was having migraines. I had to keep the windows open to alleviate the air. Other than that the hotel is walking distance to every thing, the trains, buses, markets and shops.

The room is a little bit small. The location is pretty convenient with subway station near by. We are happy with the hotel

It was very nice to have place near chunggye chun and walking distance to every where. Didn't like for food,it needs improvement foe western style breakfast
