Convenience and amazing shopping

Great room, exceptional staff. Great location.

Everything was perfect. Room was very fresh and clean and beds were very comfortable.

I traveled with my family, including kids and teens. It's very walkable to the shopping center.

Property has easy access to shopping

The internet is very poor, This stay was not as good as the last two. It was not very clean and the room was very noisy, disturbing my rest.

Room is a little old, not enough closets for longer stay. Almost all supplies such as tooth paste, shaving kits charge extra, it is very rare happen to 5 stars hotels .

I highly recommend the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are quiet, clean, and neat, and the Grand Kitchen breakfast buffet has fantastic taste and selections. I'm returning next year and will stay longer; three nights was too short. My daughter and I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

If you book via Expedia, your IHG membership will not be applicable, so you will not get any types of benefits of IHG membership.

Love this hotel - staff are lovely and the rooms are generous… personally I prefer the higher floors and wouldn’t recommend lower than 10 (7 is not great by comparison, as an example)

Service is excellent with efficiency and warmth. Only part was the glitch of receiving club lounge information was not written properly leading to miscommunication that I had booked my stay inclusive of club benefits and it was a shock to me when i checked in. Considering i have a young child and hotel breakfast was part of the plan. Hopefully this review will remove the glitch message and lessen guest's overall stay experience.

Everything was good only wish they allow kids to swim and use the pool and gym.

The staff was very polite and helpful. It was our first time in Korea and the concierge was great. I would recommend this place.

Impeccable. Top of the top. One of the most fabulous stays I've ever had. I was here solo for business and stayed five days so I had to make use of a lot of their amenities and was constantly calling on the concierge and the front desk. Every staff was so attentive and well trained, amenities were incredible, room was so spacious and beautiful, bedding was comfortable and luxurious, the lobby bar and lounge was breathtaking,,, can't say enough good things about this place. Above all, what really made the difference for me were their staffs. They were there to really help you through every request. THANK YOU! I wish I had your names. Fantastic stay at the Grand Intercontinental! Elegant surroundings, superb food, and great service. The proximity to Coex is a bonus!

Beautiful well located luxury hotel next to Coex and excellent shopping

IIt was undoubtedly one of the most exceptional experiences during my time in Korea. The level of service and the quality of the hotel's hardware truly left a lasting impression on me. I would definitely come back to this hotel the next visit.
