Great hotel! It’s just not family-friendly because there’s a nightclub that goes until the wee hours

Great location, only 3min walk from Sinsa Station. Kind service at the reception. Bedsheets were clean enough (found a few eyelashes)

It was a quick overnight stay. I needed a place to sleep near the health center for my checkup the next day. It was convenient for that purchase. I did not know until arrived that there was a nightclub in the basement of the building. There are signs about this at the front desk, but it was not made clear prior to booking. I also did not notice it in the reviews, however, it may have been there. It actually was quite loud, and one could feel vibrations from the music despite being several floors up. I was not planning to sleep much anyway, so it was OK, however, I understand lots of people stay at the hotel to recover after medical care. For that, I would not recommend the location as the noise would likely interfere with sleep. It was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the size of the shower. Note, there is no barrier between the sink/toilet area and the shower - as is often the case in the area. The bed was just okay. The room had plenty of space, and I appreciated having the table and chairs.

Front desk person was very kind, hold our language. Very knowledgeable and kind, will definitely stay again on our next visit to Seoul.

Although there was a night club downstairs you couldn’t really hear anything. Rooms were nice and clean. No breakfast option but there was a conscience store right outside lobby which was great.

TV has all the entertainment channels to watch. That was the only good thing. The shower head and the holder are 90 degree that you have to hold it with one hand to take shower, otherwise the water shoots out to the ceiling. Hilarious. Leaking bathtub. No light where the mirror stands. The cleaning guy with the cleaning cart was the worst part. The cleaning cart is built with the boxes all taped up with yellow scotch tape for the clean towels. After seeing that, I couldn’t use the towels. When we checked out, we politely asked the front desk to call a taxi for we had 2 big luggages. Two front desk people refused to help us with a smile, saying there are a lot of taxi that it’s easy to get one. But that’s not true, it is very hard to catch a taxi any time of the day, because the traffic is horrible where the Lex hotel is located. It was really a bad service over all. Very disappointed!

It was ok, a little dated but warm and lots of things are walkable. Only issues I really had was finding the parking and club in basement that went on until afternoon. Luckily I was high up so I didn’t really hear the music until on first floor.

Good proximity to subway, housekeeping was great. Good amenities and comfortable lodgings. I wish the walls were a little better sound proof wise

Bit noisy. Just a place to sleep. Nothing more.

So hard bed. So painful in my back. And so hot on the floor that I can't control temperature so I turn the air condition on and off every time. And night club was down stairs so noise until 11am. Crazy hote and so worst experience please dont come this hotel. U will be mad when when you have a next day.

they are very kind but the hotel is big noise with very next club music

We chose the larger room which had a good amount of window light and was generally clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was a little noisy though.

The rooms smelled smoky but everything else was great. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a great stay and actually extended a night.

A nice small hotel near the metro. Not much in the way of services in the hotel (though free water was nice). Handy convenience store by front door took care of all my needs.
