Moxy Seoul was incredible!
Our trip to Seoul turned into a bit of a nightmare—we were supposed to have three full days, but due to unexpected issues, it became just a 12-hour visit. That said, Moxy went above and beyond to make the most of our short stay. They even welcomed us with a much-needed complimentary drink when we finally arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location was perfect—super convenient, which helped us maximize the little time we had. The staff was absolutely amazing: kind, understanding, and genuinely made an effort to lift our spirits after a rough travel experience.
We’ll 1000% be back to Seoul, and when we are, we’ll only be staying at Moxy!

The combined Bar / Check-In / Hangout area was best. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful. We hung out for a steak and beer, and played arcade games at the end of every evening. The room design was bad. Not sure why everywhere is so dim and dark, and the water boiler and purifier is at the bed side table. Design of dark corridors and the room was terrible.

The rooms was so small. With the amount of money that I paid, I thought that breakfast was included. The only positive thing that I can say is that the staff are really nice and accommodating but I won’t be coming back.

Great location. Narrow room but sufficient for family of 3. Love that they give daily 30K won credit to use for food or drinks. Airport bus stop is 5 mins walk away. Hotel taxi is just as convenient to airport as the fare is slightly more compared to the airport bus for 3 pax.

We lobed our spacious family room with two bunk beds for me and my three kids. Convenient location right off the main drag and closer to lotte department store and mall. Great restaurants and proximity to metro station. Rooms were clean and well maintained during our stay. Staff was excellent and very friendly. I would say the only draw back is the multiple elevators to get tothe room level

We stayed at Moxy for 7 days and 6 nights. First night we had water leaks from shower due to some pipe issues. Nothing could be done at that moment. We waited for a day and our group got split up to two rooms on the second night. The hotel upgraded us to a suite on day 3 and we stayed at that suite until the last day of our trip. Overall, the hotel and staffs troubleshoots and make sure we had a room to stay. Moving from room to room wasn’t the nicest but at least the hotel and the staff were very apologetic throughout our whole stay.

My reservation was supposed to be canceled per family emergency. I was given the run around by the hotel staff saying Expedia never contacted them which was a lie. Ended up paying a no show fee of 600.00 usd and never spent a minute at the hotel. Horrifying experience.
