Giving 4 out of 5 stars due to a couple reasons. The room was small. However, it was very clean! No early check in and it was hard to reach them via email. Other than that, staff were very nice!

The facilities were really nice and location was quiet to shopping centers . However the room size is pretty small.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at New Blanc and were very impressed by the overall feel, location and facilities of the hotel. Our room was well equipped with comfortable beds, a clean bathroom and a spacious balcony. The 18th and 19th floors are beautiful spaces to relax in and we were grateful for the convenience of the laundry facilities in the basement. The staff were helpful and polite with storing luggage and lending us umbrellas. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place located very close to a subway station and also located close to some of the popular spots to visit. The room was very clean and modern. The room was a bit too small for the two beds. Other than that, it was a great stay and comfortable!

New Blanc was clean and quiet, and the staff were kind and communicative. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the subway line too, so it was a great location for our stay.

New Blanc Central Myeongdong opened December, 2024 so place is very clean and modern. Check in counter is on the second floor lobby which is nicely decorated. Their rooms are fairly small, so do check the size of the rooms before you pick the room for booking. The Cosy Double, the cheapest and smallest room, is only "118" sq ft and next level is Standard King, which is "151" sq ft. I am a solo traveler and booked Superior King which is "172" sq ft. I think even Superior King will be tight for two people. For the comparison the cheapest and smallest room at other boutique hotels in Seoul are around 226 sq ft and priced a little higher than rooms at New Blanc Central. The area the hotel is located in is one subway stop away from bustling Myung-dong so the area is very quiet and safe. My room was quiet and bed was cosy. My Superior King room is good enough size for one person but there is no closet to put my stuff away. There are hooks with hangers on the wall but those are not enough to unpack your luggage. In the shower there are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. You have to bring your own "body lotion" and "shower cap" etc. Overall I like this hotel even though rooms are small. My main focus to choose a hotel was reasonable price, cleanness and modern style. This hotel is stylish boutique hotel.

Property was great, super conveniently located! Staff was friendly and we appreciated Thomas, the general manager. The only thing we wish we had were hotel conveniences like washcloth or extra towels because the hotel doesn’t provide an extra amenities at all. You get one towel in the room per person and no additional amenities unless you want to pay for them from a vending machine. Overall, it was great!

Our flight arrived early, and we got to the hotel around 8 AM. While I had requested early check-in in advance, we were told no rooms were available and that there would be a fee if one became open. Standard check-in is at 3 PM, though we were advised to return around 2 PM. The staff held our luggage, which was helpful. When we finally got into our room, it was noticeably different from the photos shown during booking—somewhat disappointing. That said, over the next few days, the staff became more approachable and helpful when we had questions. The hotel is quite far from the attractions listed online—what’s advertised as a 10-minute walk usually takes closer to 30. Still, the property itself is clean, and the area is quiet, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a decent stay. A bit more warmth from the staff at the start would’ve gone a long way, but we might consider staying again for the peaceful location.
