Stellar Hotel

I was hugely disappointed after I arrived to the hotel. The outside is a facade to the interior. The photos aren't the same to what was offered. I was too tired to fight late at night as it was for one evening of 8 hours. I had a flight to catch in the morning. No one was at the counter in the morning to ask questions or help to get a taxi to the airport. The room had no soap for the washroom. The water bottles supplied in the fridge were reused bottles and filled again as the seal was already broken. The room was certainly not cleaned or thoroughly done as I noticed a full size peanut on the floor in plain site. The duvet covers are white and not clean in the sense you can see dirt or something smeared on it and wasn't fully clean. The desk was broken on one side. Toilet wouldn't flush by the sensor and was a bit difficult to figure out how to manually.

The rooms were fine and good value for the cost, but it was quite dusty. Decent for a one night stay.

this hotel is kind of far away from Inch-eon airport and they do not have the transportation service available or very difficult to get one, my impression is the staff there is not honest. I had a 17 hours layover in Incheon, i booked a room of this hotel to stay for one night to be able seeing the sun rise in hotel room, Well, I have to cancel it after i called them and realized i could not get there with airport information Center staff’s help, they agreed my request over the phone, then i chose to stay in another hotel called oceanside, I thought everything would be fine, I was told after I returned back to USA they denied the cancellation request, Do not understand why they did not tell me if they do not want to refund the booking charge, i could take the taxi to this hotel, Very disappointed.

저렴한 가격에 최고급을 원한건 아니지만 너무하더군요.. 구멍난 천장, 부셔진채 방치된 시설물(휴지걸이, 서랍), 걸레같이 다 헤진 수건, 구멍이 난 방충망, 전선이 망가져서 작동안되는 드라이기, 현관 외시경에 구멍을 휴지로 꽂아놓은거까지 가관이더군요 위생상태가 최악입니다.

직원은 친절했으나 객실 청결상태가 깨끗하지 못해서 아쉬웠습니다.

I stayed just for one night in this hotel. It was calm and clean. I surely can recommend it for a longer stay. And in case you need a taxi just go to the little shop in the same building around the corner. The owner of this shop is at the same time a taxi driver.

エアコンが故障していました。 また風呂がタバコ臭かったのと清潔ではなかったです。フロントには基本人はいません。

가족끼리 연휴동안 잘 다녀왔습니다 바다가 보이고 조용한 곳으로 안내해주셨고 연박할인까지 해주셨어요 ^.^ 시간대별로 호텔리어 두분 계셨는데 두분다 만실이라 힘드셨을텐데도 친절하게 안내해주셨습니다 비싸지않은 가격에 친절하게 안내해주셔서 감사한 마음으로 좋은 시간보내고 왔습니다 감사합니다

주차장도 없는 숙소 입니다. 주변 공영주차장이 꽉 차면 주차 불가합니다. 내부에 주차장 없는 게 크네요. 객실 내부 보이는 곳, 안 보이는 곳 청결 상태가 불량합니다. 특히 화장실 악취 및 벌레가 나왔습니다. 가격이 쌌지만 2~3만원 더 주고 근처 깨끗한 숙소 갈 거 같아요.

바다뷰 좋았어요. 주변 먹거리도 풍부해서 힐링여행했습니다.

이런곳을 호텔이라고 허가해준것이 의심스러울 정도이고 만약 화재라도 난다면 투숙객 전원사망할것 같음 엘리베이터는 두개 뿐이고 그나마 하나는 고장나서 이용불가 침대컨디션은 길에서 주워다 놓은듯 온 사방이 다 찢어져있었고 주장장은 커녕 주변에 차 세울곳 조차 없어서 2중3중주차하고 투숙객끼리 다툼유발 직원들 불친절하고 역대 최고로 엉망임~투숙객들 대부분 다신 이용하고 싶지 않다고함

가격 대비 괘안았음~~ 겨울 빼고 다른 계절이 더 좋을듯 호텔 옥상에 누구나 올라갈수 있으니까^^

건물 1층 주차장에 총 8대 정도 가능하지만 주변 공터에 무료 주차장(도보 3분)에 하셔도 되고, 저는 운이 좋아 건물 바로 앞 도로변에 두었습니다. 새해 첫날이라 주차 단속은 없었으나 평소에는 차가 많아 조심 하셔야 할 듯 하네요. 전반적으로 가격대비 나쁘지 않았습니다. 냉장고 문 열다 나무 프레임 시트지에 손을 많이 베었는데, 밴드 얻어서 처리 잘했습니다. 다만 방음이 안되어 소리에 민감하시다면 어려움이 많을 듯 하네요.

저렴한 가격에 호텔에서 잘 묵었습니다~ 한가지 아쉬운점은 주차시설이 너무 별로였어요ㅠ 옆에 무료 공영주차장이 있어 다행이었네요.
