Clean and kind

I really enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed. The rooms were quiet, I could rest well. The owner was very nice and helpful. The location is amazing, there are millions of cafes nearby and there’s a 24/7 supermarket 1 minute from the property.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. I would recommend it to other travelers.

My second time here! I really enjoyed my time at suncity guest house. The location is amazing, in the heart of gangnam and 1 minute walk from the sinsa station. My only thing, the shelf on top of the bathroom sink was quite loose, I was afraid to put something on it. Also, this is not negative, just something to know. The walls seems pretty thins. The rooms beside me were occupied by Americans that came back very late at night/ in the middle of the night and they were very loud. I could hear everything.

The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay. The rooms were clean and my stay was very nice overall. The area to get into the property was a bit run down but it wasn't any serious detriment to my trip.

Very convenient for staying and feel like my home. Owner is very kind always

The entrance is a bit dark and uninviting, being accessed through a car park, but the reception office is located there by the entrance so it was fine. The accommodation itself is of good standard although not really any sound proofing.

SunCity was a little difficult to find, but the area was super cute. The room was perfectly big enough for my two huge suitcases with plenty of room to move around. The guy who worked there was super nice and helpful, and he explained everything very well.

Amazing experience, Amazing hotel.

I love how nice the check in gentleman was, he told us everything we needed to know, even how to turn on the TV since everything was in Korean. He also handed us a sheet of paper with a lot of information, such as wifi password, check out time, and check out instructions. Very good hospitality!

it was a residential building which has tens of mini rooms, each of which was posted as a different room. basically, it might be suitable for a solo traveler who doesnt care much about the room condition. it was clean but definitely not ideal. thought it was a but pricey.

Basic property that satisfied the requirements. Close to the plastic surgery clinic and local transportation. The washer machine was a definite plus.

We had a private room. This hostel is very close to the bus and metro station Sensa stop and orange line - the area where it is it is not the most attractive but there are restaurent all around including Burger King. The guy serving there was very nice and hard working. The hostel and the room are very clean and very secure, and washing machine and hangers available for free and there is a closet in the room and private toilet/shower. The only down sides is: there is no common area to sit and eat (kitchenette available though)-you have to eat in your room. So it is mainly to rest and sleep which suited our trip purpose . Very good value for money

Happy with my stay. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, speaking fluent English and accommodating my needs. On my checkout day, they let me keep my 4 pieces of luggage for a few hours after checkout, until I departed. They also arranged in a matter of minutes via KakaoTalk for a taxi to take me to the airport (flat fee of 60,000 won). Speaking of which, the staff are readily available via chat apps such as KakaoTalk and WeChat, which I greatly appreciated and which lent the place a modern and convenient vibe. The room itself is nothing special, with an 80s design, a small bathroom, and a small bedroom. The walls are unfortunately quite thin, which means you can hear the neighbors talking, although this never kept me up. There is a common entryway, where you put your shoes in a cabinet. You can specify on your door whether you want housekeeping or not. There is a security code to enter the building (although I would not worry about safety in Gangnam), and my room had a physical key to enter my room. I saw that other rooms had key cards. The area, Gangnam, is renowned for its fun and youthfulness. This hotel is on the northern end of Gangnam, near Sinsa Station, which means you will need to walk or take a bus to the really active areas of Gangnam. Once you get there you will find plenty of shopping, with trendy clothing stores. You can easily take the Metro to other areas of the city. The friendly and kind staff set this place apart.

I have stayed a month long and satisfied with friendly staff and noise. It is located very close to the subway station and the airport bus stop and easy to commute to anywhere.

Room was a bit on the small side but there was enough storage and it was very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and accommodating.
