Quick check-in. The room has everything you need and more. There's your telly, fridge, AC and speedy internet. In the bathroom we had packs of toiletries in case you've forgotten your toothbrush or toothpaste, shampoo. The towels and rubbish were collected every day which was fine with us. Downstairs there is a café where you can have a snack and a drink. There is an option for breakfast but they need 10 people otherwise they can't do it. There's a small supermarket just outside the hotel. You can get anything you want there. There are many small eateries around. The station (Sinimun on line 1) is 10 mins away. It's really easy to find the hotel. At the station look for Exit 1 and go straight down the road. At the end of the road turn right, the hotel is on the right. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes away from central Seoul,30 mins to Seoul station but closer to Bukhansan mountain. If you have a query the reception is happy to check things out for you, like train times, etc. We're really happy with our stay. I felt strongly about leaving a review in English as there aren't many. It's really important that other potential guests know about this hotel and make up their mind. Most of the guests are Korean ,Japanese and Chinese and so are the reviews too. I disagree with other reviewers that it was difficult to find. It's on the main road, you can't miss it.

Room is very comfortable for the price. The hotel is located close to Sinlimun subway station which is kind of far from the center of Seoul. It's also located against the street. However, it was actually fairly quiet at night. The bathroom is small but it's functional. Overall, it was comfortable.

Unfortunately, this hotel was way too small. We arrived one day later and were told we still had to pay that night. The rooms weee extremely small. The first room’s outlet was not in the wall. The shower was right in front of the toilet. No curtain was available. The sink leaked water and the door did not shut completely. The room was super small that it was not enough room for luggage’s for three people. The mattresses were hard and the blankets were warm but felt like plastic. They made a rustling noise like plastic bags. The next day, I asked if I would be charged for all five nights if I checked out that day. They said I would be charged for all nights at the regular rate I booked it for. I asked if a manager could consider at least charging only 50 % and the girl at the front desk kindly said they don’t do that. She was very courteous. I left that day and they charged my card the $407.11. One night was enough for me at this hotel. I checked into another hotel with way more space with well functioning sinks, a shower with a shower curtain and tub that I didn’t have to worry about the toilet paper getting wet while I showered. When my teen took a shower, the shower head would not stay in place and it ended up causing water to over flow into the bed areas. I was able to stop it with towels on the floor. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was not comfortable at all , there was no separate shower in the bathroom and the bed was very uncomfortable. Very hard mattress , even for Korea. Plus the towels were worn out and the sheets had old stains. On the plus side the location was nice and quite, close to small shops and about 800 meters from train station ( sinimun station, exit 1, about 8 min walk).

Upon arriving at the hotel it looked closed for refurbishment but it was actually open and it was obvious that the hotel had undergone some re-fitting. A couple of days and the lobby and Café took shape properly. The room provided was adequate (though small) as a base to explore Seoul but not for spending too much time in. With Metro Line 1 Sinimun station close by it took about an hour to get to most places of interest in Seoul. Local restaurants were worth exploring but language can be an issue, English is probably behind Japanese and Chinese but many have picture menus. Wi-Fi connectivity was an issue in our room with sporadic connection and loss of Internet routing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful although English communication was quite difficult (Mandarin helped much better).

Two supermarkets close to the hotel, and can find many typical Korean restaurants near by the hotel. A bus number 216 is in front of the hotel that can send you to many hot places such as Myeong-dong, Dongdaemun, and Seoul Station etc. You can also walk to the Metro in 10 minutes then take around 10 minutes to reach such as Dongdaemun. It’s great location with the attractive price.

I have only two complaints about my stay; there was hair on the floor so it had not been swept well and the room smelled of cigarettes. The cleanliness of the room was otherwise not an issue and the smell was only an issue in my room because a friend of mine was staying down the hall and she had no such issue. I only stayed one night here and although the location was a bit out of the way, it was close to line one and for how inexpensive it was I really don't have any major complaints. Nice place to stay and it's not too far from Hoegi, Dongdaemun, or Myeongdong.

The stay was average. The hotel is very clean and modern with a little coffee and breakfast area downstairs. The staff is welcoming and eager to assist. The room was small but nice and clean. The bed is bigger than it appears the the photos. The bathroom experience was unsatisfactory as there was no separation of the shower and the rest of the bathroom so everything got soaked while bathing. Although we asked, they never changed the sheets. The free laundry came in handy. A great number of restaurants and eating places nearby. For the price you pay it was a good hotel stay. Will definitely stay again if necessary.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. There's a coffee shop on the ground floor and the staff spoke English. It was really easy to find, about a 5 minute walk from Sinimun station. The hotel is not in a touristy part of Seoul, but rather a residential neighborhood. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the hotel for the low price and will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights total and were overall pleased with our experience. The wifi internet was a weak signal though and the shower had no curtain which made the entire bathroom soaked every time the shower was used. But the convenience and price made these little things worth it.

Room is very comfortable for the price. The hotel is located close to Sinlimun subway station which is kind of far from the center of Seoul. It's also located against the street. However, it was actually fairly quiet at night. The bathroom is small but it's functional. Overall, it was comfortable.
