I stayed for nine nights and I have everything that I need in this place. Nice kitchen, washer, massage chair, well thought shelf organizer, and spacious. Restaurants and groceries are within short walking distance. The best part is the staff is very polite, helpful and super responsive. I would definitely come back for my next trip.

I highly recommend the property as it is in the middle of Seoul. You have access to public transportion and marts. The space is clean and it is a new building

Incredible hospitality.
There was a problem with smoking resident on the bottom which was not managed by UHFLAT so we were immediately moved to different suite. Staffs were really polite and willing to assist in many ways. I will come back again next year knowing how we were treated.

Good, but I hope the building can treat their windows or turn the air conditioning back on because when the sun hits, the room gets very warm. Without air conditioning it gets to be unbearable, even with a window open in December.

We had a great time at this place. Check in/out were super easy. The unit is big enough for a group of 4. The massage chair was everyone's favorite. Close to the metro station/bakeries/convenient stores/restaurants. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom door - it was opaque and you would see what the person inside was doing. We used a bath towel to cover the shoulder to knee section so there there would be some privacy - luckily we always carry some duct tape when traveling and it came in handy to tape the towel on the shower door.

The unit next to us had parties every night and we could hear everything. One night it was loud music and voices until 530am. UH could do nothing because they didn’t own the unit next to us.
They didn’t inform us that our neighbour wasn’t part of UH until we complained about the noise.
The front desk staff barely speak English and use a translator app when communicating with you through WhatsApp.
Unit was clean but the late night extreme noise is inexcusable.

This property ticks all the boxes for my needs.
Convinient location, cleanness, very effective communication and professional staff.
I highly recommend this to anyone who travels to the Gangnam area and ther is no doubt that I will be coming back next time.
