Beautiful hotel and really close to Seoul Tower. The customer service was immaculate. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a perfect location on the main bus and train lines. However it is not loud nor noisy.
Here you can feel the Korean local vibe.
The hotel is surrounded with great restaurants. Don’t be shy to try and go into the ones where only Koreans are sitting.
There are many local attractions nearby especially if you enjoy walking.
Namsam park leading to Seoul Tower is a great daily hike.
The Namdeum market is practically diagonal from the hotel. It is a great market to shop for clothes, shoes, accessories and even a suitcase in case you shopped too much.
Great coffee shop next to the lobby.
You can walk to Seoul training station on the Seoullo trail.
And after a busy day you can enjoy the hotel swimming pool.
There are pharmacies, hair dresses and even oriental medicine across from the hotel.

Great hotel in an even better location in the heart of Seoul. Easily accessible to the major sites/attractions. Rooms were clean and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of good food options nearby as well.

Lounge was too small for the amount of executive rooms they have. They have inadequate amounts of staff. Example their had an hour wait for a bellboy.

It’s a great location hotel directly opposite Namdaemun and walkable to Myeongdong. The hotel is modern and clean, has good sized room. The bed is super comfortable and to top it all, the drinks in the fridge is free and refilled daily. There is no kettle in the room but they will bring you one immediately. Highly recommended for a truly enjoyable stay!

This hotel was perfect for us. Price friendly, great room, excellent location at the heart of Seoul. We were a short walk away from Myeondong Market and a subway station was on the doorstop for trips planned further afield. We will definitely be back in Seoul for another trip and will be staying here again.

I love the location. We always stay here when we visit seoul. Namdaemun street shopping is right across the street. Seoul Station is walking distance and close to subway terminals.

From the moment we checked in until checkout, service was top notch, A+++.
Rooms were very clean and spacious.
Restaurant buffet had a vast selection with both korean and western selections.
Impressed with the services offered by the hotel....luggage pick up/drop off, GS store 24 hours in the hotel, business area with printer, lounge on the 18th floor.
The airport limosine bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient.
The subway entrance is one minute away.
Mr. Han, the general manager, greets his customers and treats everyone like a valued guest.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Room was clean and welcoming but was on the small side .Complimentary water and soft drink in mini fridge was a nice touch . Bed was comfortable .
However there were no power points / usb chargers on either side of the bed which made it a little inconvenient for those of us who likes to use phone /tablet in bed and charge at the same time .
Overall we had a lovely stay . Hotel is in great location.
