This was a nice facility, with a great, cheap restaurant on premise. Our apartment was spacious and overlooked the pool. The beds were not the most comfortable ever, but overall we had a great stay here!

I was really worried about the apartment I booked after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor etc. I then took the view that as long as the sheets were clean and the shower and toilet worked what more could you want for a 2 weeks holiday costing less than £250. To my joy the appartment was clean and tidy, the sheets clean, the beds comfortable, the loo and shower worked but on top of all this the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The whole place was filled with relaxed residents some old, some young, some with families, some returning there year after year. Of course it was basic but you get what you pay for but the atmosphere of the price made it one of my most enjoyable holidays yet. It was like a home from home but with the added bonus of sunshine. I can't wait to go back. The hotel is currenlty being spruced up so any comments you read about it needed a lick of paint have been addressed.

Good swimming pools Poor internet access (depends on location of hot spots) which cost 27 euros for 2 devices although there was free access in the lobby which was busy. Can be noisy, depends on neighbours and outside traffic. I was allocated two bedrooms on arrival instead of the one I had booked so this was a bonus. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good access to local facilities e.g bars, restaurants and suopermarkets.

Ok, the people working at the hotel, all very good. Found having to pay, although refunded on return, for a kettle, very 70's As was paying for the internet, which was very hit and miss, depending on where you stood. If you love being connected all day, find another hotel. The rooms were adequate, but the beds/mattress's were well past it, very uncomfortable. The place just looks unloved, all doors to apartments were badly scuffed, and appear to have been that way for a few years, bathroom, had dated pink fixtures. Would I stay there again? Not unless it was updated, and free improved Wi-Fi installed.

We booked one night here at the end of our holiday since we had an early flight out of the south airport the next morning. The hotel is in a large neighbourhood with many other tourist apartments that wasn't particularly bad but also not really that nice. It's not on the beach but there are swimming pools (we arrived after hours so we didn't test them out). The neighbourhood is tricky to navigate without specific directions, and you'll probably want a car to get there, but there's very little parking for the hotel so you'll be on your own for finding street parking. Also, there is only wifi in the lobby area and it's for the chicken restaurant. We liked the patio and kitchenette, and how spacious the room was. Also, the drive to get there was beautiful! And it was nice that the reception was staffed 24/7. However, it was loud; we wanted to go to bed early since we had an early flight, but there were many families making lots of noise and not making it so nice to sleep. This hotel didn't really work out for us given what we were looking for. If you are a couple traveling for a holiday I wouldn't recommend it.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights with 4 total adults. The staff were all helpful and very nice. For the price I wasn't exactly sure what to expect of the room size or location, but we were all incredibly pleased with what we got. A large living room area, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, and a small but efficient kitchen area. The balcony overlooked the pool and had a table and 4 chairs. Each night we spent a couple of hours out on the balcony just having some drinks and talking, and it was fabulous. The beds were not the most comfortable by any means, but not the worst I've slept in either. The rooms and beds were all clean and well kept though. The chicken shack, the restaurant downstairs was also fantastic. Very friendly waiter, and the food and drinks were delicious. Took a cab to Los Cristianos one of the days, which wasn't terribly expensive. And upon checking out took a cab to Teide, which was about 70 euros. So you'll definitely have to travel a bit to get to the more popular attractions on the island, as this hotel is in 'The Silent Coast' area, but all in all I think it is totally worth it.

This is a very typical complex made up of private apartments and those that the owners rent. So NOT really a hotel. The location is Costa del Silencio so if you are looking for the action this is not it. The bus stop is very close and you can go to Los Cristianos or Las Americas. Good value for the money though.

The accomodation description promised a lot, but failed to deliver, however the staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The start of our visit was unfortunately marred by a heavy thunderstorn that only occurs once in ten years, this however exposed the lack of general maintnance in that the balcony drain was blocked and we spent 3 hours bailing out water from the apartment which flooded, but when we were eventually able to get help the staff cleaned up very efficiently. The apartment was OK, good kitchen and space , but the furniture was old and well past its best especially the beds. Linen was clean and was changed regularly, but the towels were old. The bedding was also old and not really acceptable. The swimming facilities looked good and cleaned regularly, but we did not use them - mid December. I found it unacceptable that the use of the TV needed to be paid for at quite a high rate, and thus did not take it. This is cheap accomodation and you (hardly) get whay you pay for, but we enjoyed our stay once the weather got going and the staff were always on hand if needed.

The hotel looks nice but needs refurbishment and some investments. However, for the money paid, it was quite ok. The service varied from excellent to average, depending on the person. They clean all the time and cleaners particularly do their best. Costa del Silencio doesn't have much to offer but has a great bus link to Los Christianos and Las Americas and in 25min you'll be in the buzzing centre of Tenerife life. All in all, worth staying at. Just don't expect much.

The hotel is quite badly maintained but clean and the apartments are nice and big. We had cleaning + new towels every second day. The staff was really friendly, on our arrival (very late friday night) the kind man at the reception desk gave os a bottle of water each cause we haven't had the chance to buy anything. The pool area is great and clean. One of the pools is heated but it didn't seem hot! The only bad thing about this hotel is the location. Costa del silencio is a very quiet and I would say boring town. There are some restaurants and bars but only few people. Additionally the town was really windy when we stayed there in March, so we took the bus to Las Americas every day - simply because it was too cold to stay. It seemed that nearly everyone else went there too. Fortunately the bus prices are very low. On our next trip to the island we would prefer to pay more to stay in a better city. But the hotel is absolutely fine and very good value for the money! Thanks to the staff for being so friendly and nice.
