Facilities are good, it's fair enough for the money which I paid. Big suggestion it's to add some child safety at the windows, it's very dangerous for kids, windows are opening without effort.

Apartments have an automatic check in system, which does not work so we were unable to check in, along with everyone else we saw arrive. The staff member had to help and even then it took a while. They had building work in progress which was extremely noisy during our entire stay - not preceded about the building work so no option to change accommodation choice. Staff not the most helpful. Lots of door slamming and noise throughout the night with people coming and going.
Accommodation is some way out from Barcelona city but there are bus stops near by and it takes about 45 minutes to travel by bus. Has a supermarket near by. Pool area is nice but only open from 12-7pm so no early morning swimming. Unfortunately I have struggled to write positively about this accommodation and would not return.

AC caused a ceiling leak and some of the lights were not functional. The floor we stayed on was quite noisy throughout the night. Room was spacious and all of the beds were large and cozy. Check in process was very simple.

since registration is done with robot and not a person, we tried to be registered over 40 min, with a line of frustrated guest, speaking to machine /robot.

When we approved the place looked dusty and not well maintained. The place was supposed to be service at least twice for our was not serviced at all. When I asked about cleaning, they person didn’t understand but then directed me to the nearest garbage drop. The location is good. Very close to the Centre of the city. The coffee shop was closed for the weekend

It's not a suitable place for tourists as it is way too far from the city center. Expect at least 1 hour and 20 minutes on public transport or to pay between 20 and 30 euros for a taxi.
The check in is a nightmare. The reception only opens 2 hours a day and despite having one employee during this time, you are expected to do it with a machine that doesn't accept half of the information you input.
If something is wrong or missing, there's nobody available to help.
We didn't get enough towels or cutlery for 3 guests but as there's no reception or personnel, we couldn't do anything about it.
You can definitely do better for the price they charge

Everything was fine, only issue was that it took from 4pm to 2am to get the room cool enough to finally fall asleep. But maybe that's a me problem as I have trouble sleeping above 19-20°C.
Otherwise everyone was helpful, nice, quick, informative. The room was spacious, there was a kitchen area, a nice balcony, etc, walking around outside was nice, there's a kids park right next to it

The size of the room and the facilities were good, but the check-in system was not good at all. The reception was not at his desk most of the time, and the check-in process was so slow. There was no phone in the room so we could contact the reception in case we needed something.

The hotel itself is okay and we found a very nice local restaurant nearby. It is a long way out of the centre of Barcelona and not the easiest to reach, but that is reflected in the price and so not a problem, and it suited our trip. However, check-in is not thought through. Having read some previous reviews, I'd emailed in advance to ask if we needed an entry code and not received a reply. Then arriving at the hotel we couldn't enter until a clearly busy and hard pressed member of desk staff was able to let us in. Then the 'virtual' check-in desk didn't work (we hadn't received a booking number that the machine needed). So again, the desk staff member had to check us in manually, as we was clearly having to do for others. This seemed unfair on us and him. And I assume if we arrived during hours when the desk wasn't manned we'd be left stranded? If the hotel wants to run a virtual check in process then the management need to send guests the relevant codes and instructions. It really isn't that complicated!!

The apartment-hotel was very nice and spacious inside. It had all that we needed but the A/C did not work very well so it was hot in the apartment, so we opened the windows every night and that was fine.
If you stay when it is hotter;I.e., 31C then I would not stay there until they improve the AC.
The other downside is that it is far from downstairs Barcelona and it cost about 15€ to get to downtown in a taxi or Uber. And Ubers are hard to get in that area. My wife likes the larger space but I didn’t like the poor AC

The Hostel it's was great for the family or small group. Everything was well provided on there kitchen amenities inside the room. The location was good, transportation is really accessible and theres a hospital at front. It was almost perfectly stay for us in our 4days. The Bad thing only on our last night. My friend feel something strange crawling on his bed. when we flip the bedsheets and mattress. We discovered there's bed bugs underneath.

The self check in process is a nightmare. We waited over 20 min in a very small area with just one machine to do the self checking in as another group of 4 were doing check in and having issues with the process. As someone came out from the hotel I was able to make it in and asked the only person in an office by the counter area for assistance to do my check in because we had a tour and already running late. The person was able to do the check in for me and the group at the machine was still having issues trying to complete theirs. The room is spacious but very dated. The bathroom was horrible!!!!! The shower curtain was moldy and nasty, the floor of the shower even worse. The water was running just hot and we had to close the hot water in the main line to be able to shower. The A/C was not working well neither. The bed had wheels and was moving all over. In general very dirty and dated.
