Apartamentos Tinoca

Staff were lovely, place was clean and right near the sea. The only issue was the other people staying, they were noisy until late at night/early morning

Grocery store 2 blks away. Weather is consistently perfect. Beach is 1.5 blks away. Where else can you relax and see such amazing places God created for us!!

Very good apartments, clean and tidy. Front of house staff very helpful and friendly. Great location, 1min walk to beach.

Small aparthotel close to the beach and all amenities. A good budget class place to stay in the heart of the action.

On the plus side the apartments are well located, just around the corner of the promenade. They are also kept very clean, with daily maid service. The interior rooms are also spacious. However, this is a budget hotel so some of the fittings are a bit worn, ie the sliding wardrobe door would stick, the kitchen electric point was loose. This didn't bother us though. The worst problem in our mind was the lack of double glazing on the interior courtyard windows. We were unfortunate that the first night and afternoon of our stay was spoilt by a group of people constantly arguing we could hear everything even with windows closed, leading to a hot and stuffy night, there is no air conditioning. However, the hotel reception people were very receptive to our complaints (and from others) and so our next 2 nights were fine. However I would only stay again if we got an outside balcony room.

Great location. Pretty basic but that's reflected in the price.

A great location, comfortable foyer and adequate rooftop facilities. The rooms are basic but clean with good bathroom facilities. The apartments are near a variety of restaurants, and the best part of the Las Canteras beach is at the end of the street.

Terrible room, no air, no natural light, a nightmare and the smell from the bathroom was very bad

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights in late January in 1 of the apartments on the 6th floor with a large balcony facing the street. It probably was 1 of the best apartment to be in as far as quietness is concerned. Room and bathroom were clean. We had to push the 2 single bed together for convenience. Beds were reasonably comfortable. There was air conditioning in the room so it could be hot in the summer months. Bathroom was clean. A small bar of soap was provided but nothing else. The shower cubicle was fine and the shower worked fine with plenty of hot water. The kitchenette was functional with a 2 electric hob which worked fine. There were a newish toaster but no microwave. 2 of each type of plates and cup etc. A dish cloth was provided but no washing up liquid or kitchen scrubber which was a bit troublesome in terms of washing up. The small TV has no English channel. No WIFI in the room but the free WIFI in the reception area worked well even when there were always a few other customers using it there. Would recommend it as it was good value for money.

This hotel gives a great value for the money and is in good condition. You get a kitchen and the market is one minute away. My room had a balcony and the bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments. As it says above the facilities were excellent the staff friendly and the room itself quite comfortable. The kitchen was small but adequate for our needs which was just boiling water for cups of tea and toast if we wanted it.

Cosy small and clean hotel, close to the beach, buslines nearby to all parts of the town, supermarket and many other shops. A fine bakery just around the corner, so that we could make coffee and enjoy the view of the beach while taking our breakfast. This place was all we could wish! Well, remember to bring with you dishwashing soap and -brush! Lars and Susanne, Denmark.

The hotel has a wireless internet connection in the lobby (not in the rooms, though). The service was nice on a spanish scale. The staff speak fluent english. Our rooms was cleaned once during our three day trip. We would recommend Tinoca for everyone looking for a nice affordable accomation near to Las Canteras beach. Thanks.

Väldigt spartansk möblerat, saknades redskap i köket, fel på frys. Utmärtkt personal tillmötegående, duktiga städerkor som hade alltid tiptop och frågade alltid om vi behövde något. Mycket bra!.!

Trevlig personal, lite köksutrustning, väldigt lyhört men bra läge nära Canteras.

Prima ligging, dichtbij de boulevard en busstation. Aardig personeel. 's Nachts heel stil, verder wel erg gehorig.

La habitación estaba limpia, los colchones muy blanditos se notaba que era viejos. No usamos la cocina solo dormimos una noche la pena es que nos toco un apartamento interior dentro de un patio de luz y además en el primer piso, por lo que no teníamos nada d luz natural ni aire porque al abrir la ventana entraban todos los olores de otras cocinas. Los apartamento exteriores Dan otra sensación muy diferente. Una pena.

I mitt tycke bästa delen av staden. Många resturanger och strandliv.

Rent o fint rum o mycker trevlig o serviceinriktad personal. Kommer att återkomma till Tinoca igen. Gunilla Eklöf
