Industrial vibe big room cmfortable bed -good large bathroom &excellent shower. Service was first class extremely helpful .great location for port or city &20 euro taxi from airport. Corridor decor needs updating air con very noisy & popular bar especially externally means front facing rooms are noisy until early hours

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to help you out with anything that you need. They are very friendly and easily approachable. The hotel is in a great location with loads of great bars and restaurants nearby. I would recommend booking the superior double room which is located at the front of the hotel and has a great balcony for relaxing on after a day of exploring Palma.

Beautiful place! The very center of the city, but at the same time a very quiet street. Everything is very close. We received a lot of useful information about the city from the manager, which completely updated our plan for a short trip to Mallorca. We are very grateful! The downside is that the walls are very thin and we heard loud neighbours next wall, but maybe we were unlucky :) I really recommend/

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brick Palma! It is a nice walkable location… lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Room was clean and comfortable for my family. Good value and would stay again.

Unfortunately the communication was terrible. After hours of calls and emails to both the property and Expedia, we got check-in instructions at 10:30 pm even though I messaged the hotel a week earlier and called them to let them know that we would sauce after 5 pm, the time they close their counter. Otherwise the apartment was well located, clean and the person at the front desk was nice and apologetic (although blaming the problems on Expedia which they weren't). Their online check-in process is also very bad and was sent last minute.

Excellent location in the centre of Palma. A lot of the main sights are within walking distance, and so are the train / bus station and Soller railway.
Self check-in was very easy, and we were able to leave our luggage in a free, secure storage room to explore Palma more after check-out.
The room was very quiet at night, even though it faced the street, and the hotel has a bar downstairs. However, we could hear voices from nearby rooms, suggesting the walls are quite thin. Not ideal when it happens early in the morning.
The main negative was the uncomfortable bed. The pillows were too low, and the bed itself squeaked a lot even with normal turning over during the night, so we did not sleep well. Other than that, we felt the room was nice and spacious.

Everything is good except that there is significant noise from the outside seating area in the bar downstairs which is open till 1 am. Also you can smell the cigarette smoke from the bar area if the windows are open. We had to close the windows to get rid of both the issues. Location is decent.

Great hotel in the middle of the old town. At first glance seems to be in the middle of nothing but all main sites, bars etc less than 10 mins waling.
This is a converted factory so a bit different. Our room was really big with a great walk in shower. We were above the bar but the walls are so thick we heard nothing. The bar its self is really quirky and busy with a great atmosphere. Perfect for the end of the night ( or the beginning }
Definitely worth a visit.

Industrial chic conversion of an old brick factory. Staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful.
Room was a bit stark but clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have some tea / coffee making facilities but there are plenty of cafes in the vicinity.

Brick is quite a cool place to stay and is very central to lots of things. The room was nice but... Our issue was we booked a room specifically with 3 beds as we were 3 siblings traveling. When we arrived there were only two beds in the room. We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp but got no response. The Aircon in our room also was totally ineffective so we had 2 very hot and restless nights.
