I liked the location of the hotel. It is in proximity of central bus/train station, and at the edge of the old town. All the main tourist attractions in the old town are in walking distance. For going to other towns outside of Palma, within 5-7 minutes of walk, we can reach to the TIB buses at the central bus/train station.
We also liked the private outdoor sitting space of our room.

Place was nice and clean. Rooms were a bit small but had everything I needed. Hotel doesn’t offer any extras as in gym or massage but does offer breakfast for an additional fee. Beds were not so comfortable but do have amazing terraces. Also Hotel is located very close to many different shops, bars, and restaurants.

Nous reviendrons certainement à cet hôtel car il est situé proche de la gare routière et du transport vers l'aéroport, mais aussi à quelques rues du centre-ville de Palma, des magasins, des restaurants et de tous les attraits touristiques de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement bien garni.

It was a good stay. Nothing special though sadly. Room and bathroom were nicely decorated but a bit small. There was air conditioning unit but instruction was asking not to change any settings (it was set to heating 20 degrees and for me that is way too warm to sleep comfortably). Shower was looking lovely but sadly was not practical at all as water was running out from the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor and flooding everything. We have reported this to the reception staff but sadly nothing could be done during our stay so we had to have very short and cautious showers with towels on the bathroom floor to soak up the water. Bed was large and comfortable but walls are very thin so any noise in the adjoining room or corridor were disturbing our sleep. Plus there was a mechanical noise throughout the evening/night (from the lift and from somewhere else-possibly outside). Location was very convenient as close to the bus station, shopping and dining. In general we had a good stay, but I don’t think we would book again when staying in Palma in the future
