Lots of things starting with the heating system, breakfast, front desk staff demeanor, outside lighting. I left one week early and was not given the possibility for reimbursement or even credit for a future stay.

The guest room presented several areas requiring attention. Specifically, the walls displayed noticeable soiling, and the curtains exhibited staining. The television was not appropriately sized for the space, and the room lacked essential amenities such as a refrigerator and coffee-making facilities. Furthermore, access to the terrace was limited during daylight hours. Despite a request for room cleaning submitted early in the morning and a departure at 08:30 a.m. for a six-hour visit to the Alhambra, the room remained unserviced upon our return, which was disappointing. The provided towels were of substandard quality, appearing thin, dry, and showing signs of wear. While the reception staff was commendable and the breakfast service met expectations, the condition of the rooms and the quality of room service were deemed unsatisfactory. As a result, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.

Great hotel and great staff, rooms are clean

Not to be booked for Muslim (or non-muslim) family visits with mother and father that come with elderly children due to toilet facilities that are almost see through in all rooms except the quadruple rooms. The rooms are not displayed on Expedia so use the official companu website to check the rooms. Luckily, the staff facilitated the quadruple room at no further cost for the remaining 2 out of 3 nights so 5* for that.

Our 10 city trip, and this has been the best breakfast buffet we've had. Just 2 negatives: Pool opens too late and closes too early for the summer 10AM-8 PM? The hall on the second floor looked dirty both days we were there.

Paid €298 for 3 nights on parking area level, weirdly laid out, noisy and extremely dated jail cell. most receptionists were nice except one nasty guy. if your are wondering how the dystopian hotels of the future will look like, please pay this place a visit.

Everything was good. The beds were very comfortable. We really like it

The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for a short stay such as solo or business purposes. Shower was very good with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and some of the best pillows provided in any hotel I have stayed at.

Friendly staff. Easy access to the heart of Granada by bus. Also has plenty of free parking options around the hotel. Wish this hotel can be more clean. Dust and hairs on the bed and comforter.

For me, the biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. On the main artery and away from the crowded center. No problem with parking. The hotel inside looks like an office building. But the rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was good

Location is good as it is close to the highway. There’s a mall (Nevada shopping) not far for shopping and food. Pictures shown were not representative of the rooms as we had a cubicle for the shower and another one for the toilet. I wasn’t expecting that for a 3 star hotel! Room was freezing cold when we came.

The first room they put us in stank of smoke so bad we gagged. The second one was clean smelling no problem with room change.

The night staff in the reception was very rude. She didn't know the basic manners of saying please or thank you. The toilet door was see through and the room was dirty. Very noisy outside and someone was smoking weed right next to our room window. Please don't book a room in this hotel especially if you have children with you. Even if solo travelling unless desperately need to stay over night somewhere.

Great budget hotel. Comfortable, clean and great value.

Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Rooms were a bit small, especially considering that the shower opens directly into the room. Free parking is very limited but we did manage to find a spot during the low season. Paid parking cannot accommodate vehicles larger than a sedan.

Very noisy of a night. Walls as thin as cigarette paper.
