Polite, friendly, helpful staff, clean hotel, good facilities, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Ideal.

Staff were amazingly polite and helpful. Coffee at breakfast dreadful- buy a good cup for 2.50 at the pool bar at 1030 instead . Otherwise breakfast ok. Rooms are a bit dated but good size and perfectly ok. Would go back .

The property is exceptionally clean and the sea view was amazing. The staff were amazing and helped with everything. The breakfast is top notch and set you up with plenty of choice.

We enjoyed our stay there, esp coz it was my fiancee's birthday weekend. It was so lovely meeting Janine at the reception. She gave as a warm welcome oh and her aura!!simply the best. Thankyou Cleopatra, we'll be back☺️

We enjoyed our one night stay- room comfortable but dated. Limited staff around the pool area for services. Location PERFECT!!

This place is awesome! The staff were attentive and nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted. Breakfast was very plentiful with a ton of variety. Close to everything you would need and next to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool and grounds always clean. Not one complaint with our stay and will definitely recommend. Had an amazing experience and stay at the hotel.

The hotel is well positioned for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was a little close to the nearby karaoke bar. Breakfast provided a good choice and we loved listening to the pianist in the morning. The hotel is a little crowded, particularly around the pool where people are allowed to reserve beds all day (but aren't using them) requiring guests to move people's towels in order to find a place to sunbathe. The rooms are basic and lacking any luxury but the beds are comfortable and everything was in working order.

Great hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast was good and the pool area was very chilled out. Only negatives are the sea view rooms are very noisy from noise on the street outside and people on the beach in the dark. The indoor pool is at a charge .

Family bday stay amazing friendly stuff

Nice hotel with spacious room. Room had everything you need including a fridge which was great. Breakfast was excellent and ran from 7 until 10.30. Pool area was well maintained and plenty of sun beds. Only negative for the hotel was the fact that there was no shop .. there was a shop in the sister hotel med palace but no acess until after 6 pm. Also the entertainment was only in the sister hotel..

Great view and easy access to the beach. Make sure you have an international adapters for your computer and cell phones. We ended up having to buy 2. The breakfast was tasteless, fruit tasted like it came out of a can and coffee was awful. Food from room service was very good.

The Cleopatra Palace is just a really nice hotel! Very well located on a stretch of golden sandy beach. Many rooms at the front of the hotel have a sea view balcony offering that refreshing sea breeze when you are sitting out enjoying the relaxing sound of the waves rolling in! Staff very friendly and helpful…

We loved this hotel, we upgraded to pool room over looking Mediterranean hotel. I did water aerobics in our pool to theirs aqua areobics each day! We also had sea view. The maids came every day, work very hard, staff at breakfast are kind, friendly and also work hard. The reception team are warm, helpful, there was nothing not be pleased to help with. The concierge, charming- you are treated lovingly by all staff so hats off to you all! The building is 30 years old, still is outstandingly beautiful in architecture, romantic in nature but just needs a little tlc as all 30 year old buildings do. I hear it is due to a renovation soon, I cant wait to come back and see! It’s right on beach and smack bang in golden mile, ideal location being surrounded by bars and restaurants. The pool little cold and small but we went over to the Mediterranean- although it’s 27€ per room unless you wait till after 6 for cards to work. We enjoyed the ‘History’ show that’s underneath hotel in huge auditorium. You can get discount if stay at cleopatra. Breakfast was great selection but after 10 days was too repetitive, but the beautiful pianist, whose talent is incredible, is worth to attend just to hear her play 💛 The beds are big roomy and comfy, high ceilings, dark and quiet rooms, the terrace was a dream with pool, comfy sun loungers, parasol, outside shower, we hardly left it. Bathroom lovely with nice toiletries, hot water a good pressure on shower. I recommend here and can’t wait to return!.
