Very clean roomand the staff was very accommodating. I was here overnight and wanted to stay away from the city. Its a lovely complex but seemed neglected. You will need a car to get here...

This resort is in a lovely location on the outskirt of madrid (about a 30 min drive into the city center). It is peaceful, sounds of the classes around noon filled the air. I wish we stayed longer to truly have experienced everything it had to offer. As it was off-season, the pool was closed but was beautiful to see.

Beautiful place to stay with birds, rabbits, etc

Pool was dirty with a horrible mold smell.

A rare gem. Not the kind of place I would normally stay on business, but we were on an industrial estate nearby and so chose here. The bungalows are big, comfortable and look exactly like the pictures. The campus is clean and expansive. It was winter so didn't experience the pool but it looked nice from afar. The restaurant serves close to Michelin starred cuisine. You must try the sashimi with rice. It was so good I had it twice. Highly recommended.

Good well kept property

The property is very good and stuff are polite.

Outdated facilities, territory between bungalows is good, but anywhere outside feels like a construction zone. Breakfast is mediocre, but dinner is alright.

I love the facility out of Madrid but very relaxing, clean and quiet, I will came back , I recommend for you and your family and friends

This was a very disappointing stay. We stayed here in mid April 2023 and got much better value, in terms of price, in terms of the type of accommodation we were allotted and the fact that there was a beginning of the season buzz about the place, while this year the athmosphere was very lifeless and bland.

Complex is very run down. Pull had been shut for months and was green. Cabins had awful smell which didn’t leave with all the windows open.

Potential to be a really lovely place to stay. The lodges are in nice gardens and are clean and spacious. Short drive from Madrid and you are in the country. Nice lake and beach. However, the site is filthy - empty water bottles strewn everywhere, litter in poinds and on paths, broken equipment everywhere. Does not give any confidence that the owners care too much. A big shame because it could be lovely with a bit of effort

I’m presuming there are more amenities in the summer months. No bike rentals, no boat rentals. Everything was locked or boarded up. No one around. Grounds were maintained though and the self contained cottage was beautiful. Would have been great if there was in room coffee/tea facilities. Very tranquil with lots of bird life and rabbits hopping around.

This is the second time we have stayed here ( 4yrs apart) we were so excited to return but sadly were very disappointed. First cabin we were given had 3 pieces of broken furniture, dirty bedding and smelled like vomit. Staff were very apologetic and provided us with another cabin which had once again broken furniture that they replaced while we waited. Some were unable to be fixed and at this point I resided to the fact that our first visit was a fluke and tried to not let it ruin the holiday. Was concerned that the cabin door wouldn't lock and we didnt realise this until the next morning so with 2 kids in the room we slept with the doors unlocked. Pool lifeguard was very polite and helpful but sadly the pool has green scum lines and the pool paint is peeling off. Pool area could be lovely but sadly I didnt take one photo to show family as it was just embarrassingly grotty. Entrance area could be lovely but it isnt looked after......balls from kids ball pit all around the site....upsettingly some geese were walking around them by the lake. All in all we wont be returning and felt we seriously overpaid. Staff are lovely but the site isn't.

peaceful and cosy ,very quiet , greenery ,excellent large swimming pool, very good breakfast and restaurant located beside the lake outside city , approx 20 minutes drive excellent fro family with children and couple who looking for spacious and quiet area

Good location if peace and quiet is your point of travel.

Lovely clean individual lodges on a well maintained site 25mins taxi ride to centre of madrid. Very quiet and nice breakfast. Sometimes a little walk to lodges though if not driving, and site a little isolated so better if have own vehicle.
