Coral Ocean View

The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk needs training including the manager who would not let us stay 20 minutes past check out rushing us out. The sink was clogged and nothing was done about it. The ac thermostat did not work properly. Mildew in the bathroom.

The best hotel in tenerife, very polite and helpful.. very quite hotel. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again! Many thanks to all the staff and cleaners that made our stay enjoyable

We thought the hotel was lovely, clean pleasant areas to sit and relax in pool area very clean. Breakfast was amazing ! Everything you could possible want ! Cold or hot. The bedrooms were simple clean and the little kitchen area was perfect (although) we didn’t use it. Nice to have British tv stations on the tv. We had a lovely stay and would go again

Great hotel Refurbished to a high standard very clean, staff very friendly and happy to help. My wife and I loved the robes and slippers.

We originally booked to stay at this hotel. We arrived and they explained they had overbooked the rooms. As a result, we were then moved to its sister hotel 'Hotel Coral Suites & Spa'. This is on the other side of Playa De Las Americas, so expect a completely different location! The hotel is still being built, so building work noise from 7am-5pm everyday. We would recommend you do not book Coral Ocean View as it is not worth the risk of being moved hotel!!! This was reported to hotels.com who gave me some compensation for this.

Our stay here was great. The food at breakfast and dinner was lovely, presented really well, constantly refreshed and attended to by the staff, and the staff were very good too. The pool and outside areas was cleaned everyday which was very impressive. Hotel staff are happy (accept one woman who I'm not sure smiled once during our stay) I can recommend yoga. Our travel wasn't good. I was lead to believe we would have a small shuttle bus to take us from the airport to the hotel. Instead we got a large bus which only left the airport once an hour as it had to be full before going. We just missed the last bus so we left the airport an hour late. The bus also took us to the wrong hotel and we had to pay 6 euro 45 for a taxi to drive us to the right one. One thing that really disappointed me throughout our stay here is that there is a sign in our room which says you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels... But everybody did and on our last morning there were no beds without towels. Nobody in the hotel enforces the rule so people were dumping their stuff down and then disappearing inside for a long leisurely breakfast. That really annoyed me throughout our week here. I would say get down early for breakfast to make sure you get a sunbed. On our final morning we had to leave early but the staff didn't open the doors for breakfast until around 7.35 and we had to leave for bus at 7.40 so we ended up rushing. Great stay but they need to pay attention to the small details

Very clean hotel with extremely friendly helpful staff. Stayed all inclusive. Plenty of choice of food and excellent choice of cocktails included. The hotel would benefit from more sun loungers as it was difficult to get a longer after 9am even on cloudy days.

Lovely hotel with good facilites. We stayed room with buffet breakfast which was good. The only downside was the drinks were very expensive €4.5 for a beer!!! There is a nice bar close by called Calypso

The staff were very helpful. I was having problems printing off my boarding passes for the flight home but Asa on reception was on hand to help me. Can I make a suggestion? At a hotel we stayed at a couple of years ago, the hotel had internet access but for a small fee we could use the printer that was set up next to the internet monitors so we could print our boarding passes off.

The Ocean View is a perfect base for those wishing to explore both Playa de las Americas & Costa Adeje. I travel often with my friend and we had never been to Tenerife before. Of all the hotels which we were looking at, many seemed to be quite old-fashioned however this particular hotel really stands out as a modern, Scandinavian-inspired option. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned on a daily basis and the breakfast was superb - the sundeck on the rooftop of the hotel was our particular favourite. The staff were all very friendly from those on the reception to those in the restaurant and the cleaning team. The hotel is also within walking distance of the bus station and the Siam water park and shopping mall. We would certainly return without question to this hotel on a future visit to Tenerife.

We returned after a fantastic holiday last year and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is spotless, modern & adults only. All the staff are wonderful & can't do enough to help. Really nice atmosphere, great pool area & a roof top terrace with Jacuzzi. Can't fault the food for all inclusive either. 5 mins walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants if you feel the need. Recommended to my parents who should arrive today.

Very pleased with the hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, Good clean and well serviced Rooms. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and is between Playa las Americas and Adeje.

We have just returned from a fab stay at the Coral Ocean View and so happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness was immaculate, the pool area and bar/resteraunt was lovely. Would definitely return.
