Great airport hotel. Stayed for 1 night. I just found it harder to get to compared to others but that may have been the fault of my GPS. Restaurant was good

Stayed one night after a long 8 hour flight. I needed a good place to rest for another flight the next day. Staff was very friendly and polite. Food in the restaurant was really good.

Second trip to Madrid. Rented a vehicle on this trip. We had to take the shuttle until the rental car opened. You should call if you are arriving late. Took 45 mins to get a shuttle.
The hotel is great but if you don’t have a vehicle I would stay closer to the metro stations. Fantastic service. I would definitely stay again but only with a car.

While the hotel itself is ok, it is literally in the worst neighborhood. Its next to what looks like a crack house apartment buidling and empty run down buildings. We called an uber to take us back into town for dinner at 7 pm last night and there were 15 national police officers stopping cars. I’m from NYC and have traveled extensively and would have NEVER booked this hotel if i had any idea about the neighborhood. Much safer to stay someplace else, even if you have to get up much earlier to catch your plane.
