Great location, falling asleep

The rooms we had was modern n clean A seaview which was nice. The only negative for us was just one british channel on the tv, which was news , we were away to escape the 'news' also the food was ok for breakfast, but the evening meal was not so good, varied but for the cost we thought it would be better, on the first night we didnt have the evening meal, but when i asked for a refund it was pushed on to our third party, even though you could see if we had the meal or not , overall we had a pleasant stay to match the pleasant smell pumped around the receptìon.

Clean room, Nice location. Showet not working, Only cold Water for 2 says, drain not working so Water all over the floor. Got fixed after one day, but it is Long time in hot weather.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement plutôt pratique, même si le nombre de places de parking sur place est limité ; heureusement, il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans les rues avoisinantes. Les chambres ont été rénovées récemment, mais l’insonorisation laisse à désirer : chaque claquement de porte se fait entendre et il est particulièrement difficile de dormir dans les chambres situées près de l’ascenseur, dont le bruit mécanique se fait entendre toute la nuit. Ce niveau de confort n’est pas à la hauteur d’un établissement affichant 4 étoiles. Par ailleurs, aucun service additionnel n’est proposé en chambre : pas de bouteille d’eau, pas de verres, pas de couette ni d’oreillers supplémentaires. Enfin, je ne comprends pas la nécessité de prendre l’empreinte de la carte bancaire dans ce contexte.

Right on the beach within walking distance of bars and restaurants. We walked all the way to Malaga along the coast which is stunning

Wonderful location. Friendly, helpful staff. A great place to relaz and enjoy the beach after visiting the many sites in Malaga and the surrounding area.

Nice room, modern. Just let down by a couple of small issues which I reported on leaving. One easy to fix, the other less so. I feel the guests after me will make more of a complaint when they have the same experience.

Very nice hotel. But it was more like a 3-3,5 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. We stayed here for a night and the hotel was everything we wanted. Most of the reviews are for buffet and food which I think needs massive improvement but the hotel itself is not bad.

Poor services No parking No internet Limited water availability

No parking area close by. One must drive around til you find a spot maybe three blocks away. View was lovely out the patio window. We had issues with air conditioning which they fixed and the hair dryer that broke and I did not report. Breakfast was a great assortment although the pastrie wee not fresh the fruit was.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The Hotel bar is great with an impressive view of the ocean.

Good value for money

We have been back to this hotel 4 times in the past year and it keeps getting better and better. Fabulous location, fabulous hotel - walking distance to everything, love the area so much - beautiful beach, restaurants. Hotel is clean and rooms are modern and have everything you need.

Excellent staff service, particularly at the reception, kind and open to guide.

This is a nice, modern hotel, located right on the Mediterranean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing; rather small and no blankets on the beds. But the biggest problem is parking! On a busy holiday (the day we arrived) it was a challenge to even find a hole to drop off your luggage. That does not make for a good start.

We had a great stay at Fay Victoria Beach. The hotel was very nice and the staff was great! We had a problem in that we had requested twin beds. Apparently they don't offer twin beds (?) or Spain's idea of a twin is different from the American idea of a twin bed (?) but they made sure to accommodate our request. They brought a twin bed into our room. It made for less room, but we appreciated their efforts! The staff did their best during our two week stay to help us with transportation information, site seeing, dining options and everything else. Truly kind people.
