Nice hotel although a little dated. Could be abit cleaner

Best hotel,clean,close to the beach,shops,good variety buffet restaurant,great and friendly staff. Definitely worth the money you pay.

This hotel was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend it and situated in a perfect location. The food was amazing, the rooms spacious and clean. The amenities were excellent and a fabulous pool area. Our stay was made extra special by all the staff, every single one of them. They were amazing and always willing to help, always greeted you with a smile. Special mentions to Manuel, Santi and Samanth. Would highly recommend

Great location, 50 metres from the beach & very close to restaurants, shops & bus stops. Very friendly & helpful staff & a good variety of choice for breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily & nice pool area.

Staff was nice, the room was big enough and clean, breakfast had various options. There is beach across the street, but it is not close to the port nor centro.

The staff was very courteous. The hotel location was great. The rooms were smaller than expected and noise could easily be heard from other rooms.

One of the best hotels in the region. Great food, amazing staff, perfect location to the beach.. 2-minute walk to the beach and easy access to supermarkets and shops. The half board option is fantastic. great selection of food choices, a perfect hotel for both couples and families with young kids.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the room was nice. It’s very close to the beach. My impression is that as it gets close to the busy season it’s resources may be stretched as the kids pool and pool itself is arguably not big enough if the hotel is full but we had a lovely time and were very well looked after

fantastic time had at this hotel, staff and room great, complex great. Walls of rooms thin could hear tables and beds being moved throughout morning probably cleaning staff which often meant getting up earlier than planned. Despite this critic i would highly recommend the hotel and its closeness to beach and amenities at an affordable price.

I must say this is nothing more then a 3 star hotel with a swimming pool. The big pro's are the facts that the hygiene was at top level everywhere. The problem is that they only offer pool towels on Tuesday and Friday which on hot summer holiday can get a bit sticky. The pool bar was good, the food there was however not great. I have ordered pizza for my kids and we got served one of them "frozen pizza basis" that you buy in the supermarket. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner was very good, the waiters were quite friendly apart from an old bald waiter who was coming across quite rude at times. We had a good time with the kids, the kids clubs were German only, despite the fact that there was more English speaking than German speaking people. I suppose probably because the clubs are run by Thui (Thompson German sister) but would expect them to be more accommodating towards the English speaking children. So, I would say very nice 3 star hotel, we had the biggest apartment and I must say was immaculately cleaned. We were family of 5 but due to pure management the cleaners were told that there were 3 guests despite the fact that there were 5 beds in the room so the cleaners were leaving 3 bath towels each day. Their management view is try and charge everything you could possibly find as extra rather than accommodate the guests. We were family of 5 and we were not allowed to sit outside because the tables were for 4 and the manager did not allow to join 2 tables...

The only complaint I can make about the hotel is the hardness of the bed I was "sleeping" on! I suffer with my hips as a consequence of aging and nighttime was purgatory! I asked at reception if the perhaps had a memory foam mattress topper but to no avail! They did try to accommodate my needs but in the end I put cushions under the mattress protector with the bedding on top. That worked to an extent but it may be something for the hotel management to consider in the future! Apart from that I thoroughly recommend Grupotel Alcudia Suites!

Très bon hôtel emplacement bien pour la plage de muro des magasins, restaurants. Café bar à proximité. Des studios spacieux et bien équipé des choses nécessaires

Un très bon séjour dans cet hotel idéalement placé. L’établissement est à taille humaine et le personnel très attentif et gentil. Les repas (petits déjeuners et dîners pour nous) étaient excellents ! Je recommande !

Notre chambre était en face de l'ascenseur à fuir. Il fait que bipper et quand les portes se referment ça fait un énorme bruit pour dormir ce n'est pas idéal. La chambre est grande mais un peu defraichie Le joint de douche est complètement moisi. Par contre le petit-déjeuner est très bien, un grand choix de tout.

La suite avec terrasse était très confortable, le personnel très accueillant, le petit déjeuner copieux et l’hôtel très bien situé, à quelques mètres d’une des meilleures plages d’Alcudia.
