Overall enjoyed our stay at HD Parque Cristobal.
Food quality and choice of options for breakfast was very good, and the main adult pool likewise was nice, clean and warm.
Downside was our apartment was a little tired, bedrooms were ok, however sofa was ripped and bathroom needed some care and attention .
Property advertises that car parking is available this is misleading, as they do not offer their own you have to take your chances with street parking, which whilst there in August 2023, didn't offer many parking spaces.
Wouldn't say the staff are the most friendly, but overall ok.

The quality of the hotel itself was surpassed only by the staff . They were all superb and couldn’t do enough. I loved the ground floor bungalows as opposed the the ghastly tower block I stayed in last time . Only thing that might put some off is that it’s a very family oriented hotel , hence lots of noisy little ones by the pool . If that would annoy you , maybe not for you

It's over priced. My friend booked another 4 star hotel nearby. Much better children facilities, and overall. The best thing about the hotel is it's on the main street. Not coming back.

Really enjoyed the visit. Had a one bedroom apartment. Was cleaned daily and was spotless. Giant TV ( certainly compared with the one I have at home ). 2 pools which were at a nice temperature. Didn't use the on site bar or restaurant. Lots of nice places to go look locally. 5 or 6 mins walk from the sea.

Hotel was really nice. Felt very safe (covid 19). Maid service excellent. Beds were really comfortable, fantastic location. Rooms modern and had everything you would need. Would defo recommend and would return.

I would recommend this hotel for families with kids up to 10 years old, or people with disability. My teenagers did not enjoy it as much as younger ones would have, as there was no teen hangout spot at the hotel but there were plenty of facilities for young kids. Also note that most people take the full board meal plan. We only took half board because we wanted to explore Tenerife and its various restaurants. The down side was that, while we could eat everything that we wanted at breakfast and dinner, we were not allowed any drinks (even water) at dinner. The food was ok but not exceptional and there were very few vegetarian choices (most salads had meat or seafood in them). I would recommend adding chickpeas or other legumes on the side. We had a good week but will likely not go back.
