The front desk is open daily until 8:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This property’s front desk is closed from November 1-February 28. During this time, guests must contact the property at least 45 minutes prior to arrival to arrange check in. A late check-in fee will apply to guests arriving after 8:30 PM. This property charges the following late check-in fees, based on arrival time: EUR 25 for arrival from 8:31-11 PM; EUR 50 for arrival from 11:01 PM-1 AM; and EUR 75 for arrival from 1:01-11:59 AM. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance.
