Super schone nette kamer. Compleet. Zeer aardige ontvangst. Enthousiaste uitleg bezienswaardigheden en eetgelegenheden Parkeren gratis, achter hostel op parkeerplaats Klein balkon. Airco Buiten centrum Fijne drink/eetgelegenheden in de buurt, wandeling naar centrum is ook te doen.

Le personnel a pris soin de connaître notre heure d’arriver car l’accueil n’est pas constamment ouvert. Malgré la barrière de la langue (un peu d’anglais mais espagnol surtout) nous avons été parfaitement accueilli. La réceptionniste nous a indiqué les lieux à visiter, Salamanque est une très belle ville avec un centre historique magnifique. La chambre est bien insonorisée, l’hôtel et le quartier très calme. Un parking gratuit est disponible à deux minutes à pieds. Le centre ville est accessible à pied en moins de 15 minutes. Très bien pour un « séjour étape »

Excellent accommodations. Booked my mother & 15 year old daughter for 21 days here while my daughter attended a day camp. Highly recommend Hostal Hispanico II, staff very friendly & attentive, room was perfect for two or 3 & even had a 3rd mattress to pull out under twin bed. Room we had had a balcony view, private bathroom & flat screen tv. Neighborhood is very calm & safe, with local eateries with affordable options. Location is a close drive to train station and 15 minute walk to Plaza Mayor which they did daily. So happy with our stay here. everything well kept & up to date. Thank you!

We arrived one hour after check-in time ( before midnight) and hostal was closed as they announced me. So, we slept in the car without appropriate clothes and equipment for sleeping in the car. In room we get in the morning at 11:00 am. For good hospitality owner should have been asked us for some surcharge for being later than check-in time, and not leaving us behind the closed door of the hotel. It was not nice feeling at all at the midnight in the town.

El hotel en general es agradable, con buen servicio y buena limpieza. Lo que nos pareció a mí y a mi novia es que la habitación doble era muy pequeña, como si hubiesen metido una cama doble en una individual. Un lado de la cama estaba contra la pared y por el otro lado solo habia unos 50cm hasta la pared. Si hubiese sido un hotel económico y hubiésemos pagado poco no nos habría importado, pero pagamos 90€ por noche, por lo que nos parecíó caro. Nosotras esperaríamos una habitación doble como la que aparece en las fotos publicadas. Me parece engañoso que no pongan la foto de la habitación en la que dormimos. Por lo demás, sin quejas.

La instalación impecable y la estancia es muy tranquila. Sin emargo, la tarifa de una cama supletoria era abusiva. Tuve que pagar 15 euros por una cama cuando una habitación me costó 12 euros. El personal no es profesional y era muy antipática. Vino a decirnos que nos marchara de la habitación a las 11:30 con un tono muy desagrabale. Cuando salimos a las 11: 35 y devolvemos las llaves a él y salimos del hostal. Al salir, el personal nos dió un partazo cerrando la puerta del hostal detrás de nuestra espalda. En conclusión, la instalación es excelente pero con el servicio de personal malísimo. Nunca he visto que trataba a los clientes de esta manera.
