The room smelled terrible and the bathroom was dirty everywhere. The toilet water tank took a lot of time to reload and I guess that’s why people sometime had to let it dirty as well.

The photos doesn't match with the reality, i booked 1 bunk bed in a dormitory room , i found out a lot of people and in a very tiny mixed room , i arrived late at the 18th from a 32 hour trip , nobody opened the door until 1 person entered the building, check-in is through WhatsApp and it took them a while to let me in , air conditioner is very poor , they don't apply the silence hours so noise is everywhere - anytime plus people were fighting and yelling i booked 2 nights but i left the next day at noon

The restrooms needs clothing and towel racks. The rooms are lighted well from the daily sunlight. But there's no curtains for the streetlights at night! So even at night, the rooms are lighted well enough without ceiling lights.

Pésimo servicio por parte del personal, parece mas bien un refugio de migrantes que un hostal. La zona donde está se siente muy insegura, el servicio del personal muy pobre tuve bastantes problemaa. No lo recomiendo

The hostel is far away from downtown. The bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and are very small. The rooms on the ground floor are spartan and small. The locker was small and we were 6 in the room. Also, the rooms face the street so any street activity will wake you up during the night. This includes revellers and the garbage truck who came by at 3:00 am.

The property is not in a great location. There was people making noise inside the bedroom even when quiet hours began and they were told to be quiet. The staff didn’t find a solution to this. I requested being switched to another room as I wanted to sleep but I was denied. It doesn’t have a common space or room for you to wait before checking in. Mattresses and pillows were not great as well. The surroundings seem kinda shady. I’m used to booking hostels and I like them but I don’t think I will come back to this one ever again.

Estaba sucio, olia mal permanentemente, la limpieza que se hace es minima cuando viene la persona encargada. No hay nadie en recepción nunca y el WhatsApp tardó en atenderme varias horas para darme el código. La nevera huele fatal y en la cocina no hay gran cosa. No volvería jamás

Ambiente horrível, não possuí recepção 24h, tive que aguardar na rua para facer checkin via whatsapp. Apenas uma geladeira para um monte de hóspedes, inclusive hóspedes no quarto que nao tinham nem sequer reserva, barulho após as 23h durante a madrugada inteira, um grupo insuportável. Nao consegui contato com a estadia, tive que me retirar para buscar um hotel para conseguir dormir. Banheiro precário, fedido, cama dura. PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA.
