Hotel is in excellent condition and centrally located to Toledo, amazing roof top restaurant with great views of the Cathedral. AC was not as strong for Americans traveling but they accommodated us with a fan which was very helpful. Super helpful staff and pleasant. Loved it

clean. good beds. parking is a 300 yard walk. reception staff were nice but only one person working so seemed slow to me.

The air conditioning system wasn't strong enough for the entire hotel when it was very hot.

Amazing location in a beautiful city. Location, location, location. Staying here made walking the city and museums so convenient

An old-style property right by the Alcazar and near the main square of Toledo with modern rooms. Friendly staff and good service. Walkable to everywhere worth seeing and a short taxi ride to/from the train station.

Clean, staff friendly.

Staff was extra friendly, room was small but big enough for two. Plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Walkable to tons of great places.

Great location. Room was smaller than others we stayed in Spain, but clean and comfortable. What we really disliked was both nights we stayed, we tried to use the roof top bar and both nights it was packed with a very large group that had more than half of it reserved and all the servers attention was given to them. We tried to order drinks and dessert and finally cancelled our order after 40 mins of waiting for one dessert while the group was constantly being served trays of food and drinks. Large group also had many smokers making it uncomfortable for our table near by and no other open tables to move to. Our server also was not patient or polite.

Muy bien hotel! Excelente servicio, muy limpio, el cuarto muy amplio las camas muy buenas. El aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso pero soy muy sensible al ruido. El desayuno está muy bueno. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado.

Friendly staff. No frills room but very clean so as long as you’re not too fussy about extras, this is a great choice. Nice buffet breakfast at reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the new wing, which was lovely. Light and airy, spacious and quiet.really comfortable bed. Staff were helpful. Roof top terrace bar for an afternoon drink is a standout!!! I recommend.

great location and clean modern hotel. The room was small but okay. The terrace was great and views at night absolutely amazing. Nice/helpful staff. My only gripe is the AC is operated from the lobby and they wouldn't lower it to much. I was hot at night. If you open the windows you hear the outside noise and let flys in. Just give each room a ac control and it would be great.

Second time staying at this Hotel Loved it staff is very nice and helpful Hotel itself is very clean and located in the middle of everything. Main plaza 3 minute walk away.
