Wow wow wow!! Words do not do justice for the beauty of this place!!!! The staff were so kind and welcoming to us and our 8 month old. The views and courtyard areas are divine. And we enjoyed some of the best croquettes of our whole trip in the beautifully tiled bar.

Shocking experience. Booking confirmed twice. Long dive to hotel. The drive through Monda to it is simply a nightmare I would never repeat. Narrow, overparked streets. A route best suite for a bicycle. And then, at the end of it all, they deny the booking. A wedding had taken over the hotel. Avoid.

Really enjoyed our stay here, nice and peaceful, with very attentive staff. Very picturesque and beautiful town.
Be warned though it's a very hilly environment.
The restaurant is nice too but for some traditional Spanish cuisine try Pena Flamenca Alcazaria in the town but you'll need Google translate if you don't speak Spanish

Hotel has old times charm, great roads up and down the mountain, inconvinient if your partying in town.
Must say there was a fly infestation in the room, may just have been the time of year, but no complaints overall.

It’s a lovely property but there’s no hot water - I appreciate that they’re trying to be environmentally friendly but using solar power only and making guests take cold showers is just … yuck. Was also surprised there was no lotion, conditioner or bath robes. It’s a nice enough place that those things are expected .If it had those things hot water, I would highly recommend it. Views are stunning, decor is amazing, food is great and staff is friendly. But again, rude awakening with the cold shower :(

Michael at the front desk was outstanding. Victor was great. Boaz was fun and exceptional. The two young ladies had the biggest smiles ever (says my wife). The entire experience was fantastic!!!!!!
