What Guests Say About Their Stay

The hotel was located so centrally in the historical area of Seville. It was so easy to walk to all of the sights. The room was clean, comfortable and lots of toiletries were provided. The staff were helpful and friendly and looked after my luggage for me after check out on my last day. I would say that as the hallways are tiled, some other guests could be a bit loud at night and maybe earplugs would be a good idea if you are a light sleeper but that is no reflection on the staff or hotel. I had a great stay and would definitely return!

Good location and very clean and updated space . Very spaceous and comfortable. Really well updated . Only downside is that the elevator shaft is not soundproof to the rest of the other units public areas , so you can hear everything from the apartment and everyone else can hear everything from this apartment .

We were not all that happy with our room, not sure if that was because we used a discount vendor ( hotels.com) and we just ended up with a lower priced room or if all rooms are this way, We had lots of noise and just didn't rest well here but we were on the lowest floor and had a view of the A/C units for each floor. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the restaurant every day, and the food selections were the best of the hotels we had stayed in our 8 city tour. We had a rental car and the drive in to get to the hotel is very tight and stressful for those of us who normally drive a larger car. Walking distance to all of the sights you have come the Seville to see and food and shopping also very close. We would stay again, but we will also choose a larger room option.

Great hotel - exceptionally clean throughout, lovely rooftop pool area, and beautiful breakfast. Our only complaint was building works next to our room (no.328), which started at 8:15am. We spoke to the reception team about this, and were offered a change of room.

We stayed 2 nights here and were not very pleased with our stay. We got a basement room that had a window that was blocked by a wall and right next to our room they were doing construction so early morning you got a hammer drill wakeup. No iron in your room, half a toilet roll and small little bottle of shampoo and conditioner, pretty disappointing at a 4 star hotel rating. They do have a small pool on the 4th floor but with so many guests it is pretty crowded as you had small kids also trying to enjoy the pool. Location was very good and staff was helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, and the food served in the rooftop restaurant was decent. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The only downside was that the pool doesn't open until 11:00 am, and towels are often unavailable until closer to midday when the rooftop bar officially opens. This isn't ideal if you enjoy an early morning swim, but aside from that, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

ANT ISSUE. Read below. This hotel is rated at 4 stars but definitely doesn’t feel like it. The rooftop pool and chairs are all hogged by people all day so there’s no chance you can get a chair. The beds were not comfortable and I booked a double room but it was two twins together and two twin blankets. The elevator broke twice during my 3 night stay. There’s also a major ant issue with this hotel. I left some trash in the washroom at night and when I woke up the next day the washroom was covered in hundreds of ants. All over my toiletries and the walls, floors and ceiling. When I called front desk they didn’t seem too alarmed…they just said they’d get housekeeping to come clean it up. The housekeeper did come very quickly which I appreciate, she sprayed the ants and they all died. She cleaned it up and left the spray there with me. I must’ve breathed in the spray which I have no idea if it was the type of spray where you’re supposed to spray and then leave due to toxicity. So that was pretty alarming. Next day, I ordered food in and was anxious about leaving it there in my room in case more ants came. So I had to call front desk to get them to come remove my food/garbage. Never had to do that at a hotel before. When I checked out, there was no apology or mention of my experience. Or even a partial refund. I wouldn’t stay here again, there’s probably much better places.

The hotel is on a corner with very welcoming staff and a very nicely decorated lobby area. The room was clean, great size and had nice amenities available. The only drawback during this stay was the elevator went out for a day requiring going up and down the stairs to the third floor. The location is convenient to walk to many restaurants and sightseeing areas.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located in the center of town with all of Sevilla right outside the door. The hotel is quiet and impeccably maintained. We loved the rooftop pool, complete with a bar, for a relaxing and refreshing retreat after a morning of sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing with many Spanish specialties.
