The lunch/dinber menu was lovely. We ordered the burger and chips and mango chicken wrap and chips, really tasty, reasonably priced. Breakfast in hotel was buffet style, plenty to choose from, even one of the team did made to order omelettes. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and nice feature balcony directly over looking pool. Will definately return.

I was a little disappointed that the main beach photo from the listing was taken from nowhere near the hotel. When booking the sea view room I booked under false information that that would be the view. Also think that it needs mentioning it’s definitely more than 6 minutes walk to the beach - all downhill - which is fine but should be mentioned for accessibility reasons. We booked the premium sea view room which showed loungers and a large balcony - we did not get given a premium sea view room but I didn’t realise this until late

The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful! The beds are incredibly comfortable. There is a paid parking in the next street belonging to the hotel, but it is very tight so a big car wouldn't suit, and my guess is most customers who drive would park on the street but it would be a gamble as it gets very busy. The breakfast is a wide selection of continental breakfast items and very good quality. The only minor complaint I have is the fragrance in the lobby is quite strong and every time I pass by it would make me cough, and the room is super warm even when no central heating is on (we visited in the first week of April when the nights are below 10 degrees Celsius and it was so warm I could barely keep a sheet over myself during the night).

The hotel does not look like the photos. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty. The rooms were ok, however very dusty. In the bathroom we found lots of hair which we had to clean up. If you put the air con on there was a constant bad smell. The breakfast was cold, so we only had this on one day and went out for the others. The food in the “restaurant” was also not very nice at all. So we ate out every night. The pool are is nice and clean. However there’s no bar outside as advertised. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there is around 5/6 restaurants in the area which looked ok. We got a taxi to Palma Nova for an evening out and found great entertainment there. Do not believe this hotel is a 4 star, would not recommend.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet options. Parking close to the hotel can be challenging and the street driving up to the hotel is narrow.
