The staff were amazing and helpful. We had our service dog with us and their accommodation for our animal was top notch! It's far enough from the city center to be a bit less busy but still provide great access to the main areas you'll want to see on your first visit.

The staff and location of the hotel were great. Breakfast is not included, but it is available and quite nice. Rooms facing the street are a bit loud if you leave windows open.

Not a large room but very pleasant decor. Quite well located and even though room faced the main street it was not noisy. The light on the exit sign in the room was surprisingly bright. Parking as usual in Spanish cities was problem though since their car park had no spaces remaining.

A quaint period design hotel nead the beautiful old town. It has a lift and airconditioning. The corridors and rooms are tiled...which makes it a very noisey hotel. Doors are slam shut.....so late night arrivals and early risers will wake you up. There are only net curtains...no blackout ones...
The breakfast priced at just under €10 is a very basic buffet. Tea/coffee is available 24hrs from machine in breakfast room at €1...no tea/coffee making in room.
The car parking T €13 per car per night is an ajacent underground carpark (very tight clearances).
The staff were very good.

A welcoming and safe place for a lone traveller with 2 large dogs. The receptionist was very helpful. Good walks along the river bank very close to the hotel. The supermarket was 5 minutes walk away as well. I will stay again.

It was not clear how to park, written instructions would have been best.
For the price with parking and a pet it was not bad, the location was great. Staff was very nice but really stressed.
The room was very small, we had our pet, so a bit tight.
There was no sign about being considerate of other guests, there wasn’t sound insulation at all.
As dear as your teens can be, running around the hallways after 12 at night can be very disturbing. I was not happy!

Lovely guy settled us in beautifully and gave us lovely advice about the lights on the 800. Year old cathedral. Which we visited and it was special. We are going to stay again in March.

Very good value. Room a little cramped due to large bed, however comfortable, light and airy. Staff very friendly and parking cheap, tip is to park before the hotel as parking access is in middle of road prior to hotel. Only 10 mins walk to old town.

Very nice rooms and beds. Not far from old town. Building and street it is in looks not that nice (rooms are nice!!!). Friendly Staff - did make the restaurant reservation at the wrong place though which created lots of confusion.Possible to park two streets away (1 minute walk) in white zone.
