I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Orangine! My family and I stayed for 7 days. The hotel is very close by the metro, just 1 line from the airport and to the city centre. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in process was easy! The room itself was very spacious and clean upon our arrival. You can’t hear any noise from your next door neighbours, which is a great plus! There’s plenty of restaurants just 10 minutes walk away from the hotel, which is very convenient! Overall, I would book again when visiting Barcelona 😄

Hotel was stunning, and staff were lovely. We enjoyed coffees in hotel reception. Lovely modern decor, and rooftop pool and bar. Area though is not so desirable, and we got hassled by a few locals for money, water and cigarettes whilst walking back to hotel late at night, but as a group of four we weren’t bothered. Not far from the metro, but solo travellers should perhaps opt for Ubers if out later.

Hotel is located in some old, low income neibouhood. Is rated 4 star, with a bonus, I rate it 3 star. It's somewhere uphill, without a car it is a challenge to walk from metro station. Even free breakfast doesnt cover the bad location. I thing owner count on last minute travellers, not comming back. My 4 star ibis styles madrid, same price, is far better than Orangine. I am an old traveller, been in many many hotels in europe, North America and Asia.

The hotel was really clean and everything was very comfortable. They were kind enough to make the sofa bed for us, which was soooooooo soft! The only thing is that we did not understand how to use the thermostat in the room. We weren’t sure if it was on or off, but it was very much user error.

Nice hotel, but outside the main bit of Barcelona. Metro station is a 7 minute walk from the hotel rather steep incline but should be fine for most people.
