Efficient check in and a good sized, clean room in very good order looking towards Simancas. Breakfast is minimal ie coffee, tea etc, fruit juice and bread or croissant and costs €3 per person. A good stopover location.

Very clean and quiet with good views. Excellent services, quality price outstanding. The breakfast was very convenient and only cost 3 euros with a coffee, a milk, a cup of orange juice and a big croissant (or a toast). Excellent location, only 500 meters away from Simancas historical old town with a lot of restaurants and bars.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The simple breakfast for 3.5 euros was ideal to get us going. The only problem was that we stayed on a Monday which meant that there were no restaurants open and we had to drive 5km down the road. We didn’t get to see Simancas. There is some road noise but it did not disturb our sleep.We will probably stay again if we have the same ferry timings.

Good for overnight on the road, as it is easily accessable, good parking, room and bathroom were good. Just want to make sure that, the breakfast is just a continental breakfast. Suggest visit the nearby village, for nice walk.

Excellent for overnight stay on long journey from France to Portugal - very easy location near motorway. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with good sized bathroom - also quiet, despite being so close to road. Would stay there again.

Hotel located close to highway on outskirts of pretty village Simancas. Comfortable accommodation but limited catering. Good breakfast but very limited for other catering. We found it a good stop off point on our north to south journey.

After a very difficult journey we were pleased that the hotel was easy to find, the staff were very helpful, the room was spacious & warm . Despite being close to the main road there was no traffic noise
It was an easy walk into the village but as it was a Monday early evening nothing was open for food. However the hotel has a good tapas menu & we ate & drank well
We did not have breakfast as we had an early start
We liked it so much we are already planning our return trip

Just what we needed to break our journey to Santander.
Lovely clean and quiet hotel just off the main road. We found a footpath opposite the hotel to the town which took 10 minutes to find a place for a lovely meal in a court yard. Really comfy bed....ideal check out time of noon and great wifi.

We stayed here on our drive back from the south of Portugal. After a long day's drive the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Their restaurant was not open in the evening but we were given a map of Simanca and some suggestions for dining. We had a lovely meal in Las Tercias.
