Staff were amazing! When I asked front desk for help, they solved immediately. When I asked travel and transportation questions which I couldn’t figure out online, he printed out the information with adding his knowledge for where I was going to visit. Housekeeping is also doing great job here, and the breakfast is also wonderful. Bed is very unique that colorfully lights up

I really liked the decor of this hotel. It was very zen with interesting art, light fixtures and wall treatments made of natural materials. The front desk staff were friendly and cheerful. The restaurant was good for breakfast but not for dinner. One day we had to leave before breakfast and they were nice enough to pack a picnic breakfast for us, but when we opened them it was ham sandwich despite requesting vegetarian. This hotel is on the main road with lots of stores and restaurants. It's about a 15 min walk to the port our the beach. The outdoor space with the pool has very beautiful gardens and the bar opens up to it. There is an indoor pool and spa with a charge which we did not have time to use.

Muito bom hotel, limpo, confortável, café maravilhoso. Somente não gostei da hora do início do café ! 8 da manhã !! Tínhamos que pegar o ônibus para outra cidade 8:30 e não deu para desfrutar do café. No geral inicia se as 7 da manhã o café dos hotéis ! Não sei pq esse é as 8

We had a great short stay. The reception staff were not that good at English and at first they could not find our reservation. Then they thought it was for only one person. The keys to the rooms did not work several times and they tried billing us for 2 parking even though we only listed 1 plate.
Maybe she was new, and everything ended ok but they could improve in this area. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and bed amazing.

Wonderful modern new property. Everything was great. We arrived in a rain storm so we did not take advantage of the pool and gorgeous grounds.
Only suggestion was the tv would not hold a channel and volume control was messed as well. They tried to fit it to no avai.

This location was quite misleading from the Spa Photos and Literature that showed a Sauna that didn't exist to the confusion around half board plus the roof top pool that wasn't open. Lots of false advertising here. Were looking for a relaxing Spa weekend and it short we left with out what thought we were paying for!! Hotels.com you should change your literature so there is no confusion on whether or not meals are included .

Beautiful hotel on the edge of Tarifa. 20 minutes walk into the centre, supermarket opposite. Staff were very helpful and our stay was very comfortable. Would certainly stay again!

All good, very nice room, if unspectacular view, hotel staff very friendly, breakfast was amazing. Disappointed with pools as unable to swim and not enough sun beds. Cap required for Spa !!! Strange.
