Great location one block from the Puerta del Sol. Desk, cleaning staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Breakfast 7:30-10:30. Bring your own kleenex.

La ducha rota y sucia. Las camas incómodas, muy pequeñas sobre rieles. Mucho ruido desde las 7am por lo que no se podía descansar. La caja de seguridad no funciona.

Terrible service. Arrived at the hotel to check in and managed to tell us there that the pipe broke…..and didn’t let us check in….dont even manage to send me an email.

Great, although loud location, staff was friendly but the room and bathroom were very dated, with the bathroom door having so much water damage it was curling up about four inches.
