This place was excellent for our stay. The room was great and the staff is even better. They go out their way to make sure all your needs are being met. The hotel is ideal if you have a vehicle because it is far away from public transportation. The closest metro station is about 3.5 Km from the hotel. Overall, I would stay in this place if I ever comeback to Madrid.

This was a functional overnight stay so deliveted what we wanted, with a few nice extras: the check in and out personnel were very pleasant, efficient, and friendly, and the on site restauranr convenient, especially as the hotel's location makes it difficult to access any alternative food sources.
We chose to return to this establishment as we knew it would provide what we needed at a fair price and reliable standard.

O hotel atende a expectativa, porém fica muito longe do centro de Madrid e não tem transporte público próximo, obrigatoriamente há necessidade de contratar um táxi ou Uber para chegar até a estação de trem mais próxima , Gastano de 10 a 15 EUR e de lá fazer 3 baldeações para se chegar ao centro +- 1h20.

The rooms smell of cigarettes, and the girl who works in the reception is rude. The sheets are so thin so you are basically freezing all night. And the smell in the room is hideous.

The property itself is pretty cool, the staff is friendly and there is a restaurant onsite with a limited menu available 24 hours a day. This is needed as the location isn't ideal, because there isn't any restaurants or attraction in close walking distance.
